Bobby, did you know the reason why the Prophet pbuh commanded that one shoulder be revealed when making Tawaf around the Kaabah? It was to show the pagans that the Muslims are not weak and feeble as they had tried to claim. These kinds of videos about exercise remind the ummah that Muslims are meant to be strong, fit and healthy, so that we can show the disbelievers that we are not to be messed with.

I normally go for brisk walk, alternating with short jog after asar. 3 rows of push ups of 50, 40 & 30 per round.
Iftar with 3 or 4 dates with water.
Small dinner of veg, meat (any protein) plus small carbs after taraweeh.
Sahoor is a small bowl of oats + mixed nuts + dried fruits + milk.

Also my training includes High intensity weight lifting more like heavy duty workout by mike mentzer which is a one set workout program the great thing about this workout is that it does helps to build muscles and preserve it while giving us time for connecting with Allah give it a look and you'll see.
Sound advice there Bobby. Apart from simple bodyweight exercises and fasted low intensity cycling I just let the fitness, protein and muscle obsession go. The metabolism will shift towards fat as it’s main energy source. It’s a good reset to the body’s biology provided I avoid feasting excessively during Iftar. Post Ramadan, the body’s biological system is fresher and the gain will come very quickly. Ramadan Kareem
I like sticking to simple calisthenics pull-ups, push-ups, and squats may add in weight a couple of times a week with dumbbell movements walking, and light jogging as my main cardio.

brother bobby may Allah reward, bless, keep you steadfast and safeguard you and your family, ameen. just a video idea for you, can you make a video vlog documenting what you eat in a week/daily this ramadan? for example the time you get up for sahour and what you eat, and then for iftar and what you keep eating until you go to sleep. i don't mean to be intrusive but i just don't get how you get 200+ grams of protein a day cause you look 5'10 - 6'0 in height and about 200lbs. i also need motivation with the raw eating, i cook my entire almost 1lbs of ground beef, how much of that would you eat raw and cook, or would you eat the whole thing raw 😳😦😧
I exercises right after Asar prayers, Doing high intensity medium weight is best in Ramadan, doing 14-17 reps. This actually force more muscle growth, watch Dr Eric Berg's video and you will understand.
