It won’t sell for the original asking price they price it higher for room to negotiate
Definitely not worth 500. You’re right on location being the reason for such high pricing, but this is a modern finish and a lot of space. And like the person said above, price can always be negotiated

FINALLY!!!! A home in the UK with CLOSETS! AND underfloor heating and forced-air heating and cooling (none of that 19th Century radiator rubbish)!! The BEST PART was the shower and tub "room." Cool as hell! You guys are so much better without the real estate agents! Keep these fantastic videos coming! xxxx oooo

Living in Wiltshire, seeing what is being asked for London property is quite sobering. I cannot reconcile £5.2 million for what I've just seen.

Most of these properties are purchased by investors and never lived in. I have seen complete blocks with only a handful of residents.

Great tour guys. What a lovely flat! The only downside for me is ceiling height which is a bit mean for the size of the rooms. Love the views and outdoor spaces.
I find the the terraces and outdoor space great as well, but Usually around the river is always windy so I’m not sure how pleasant would it be 😅
The apartment is beautiful but not fussed about the view of the river. Never understood what's so good about River Thames, anyway.
I mean, I also don’t find it so pretty to be honest 😅

Seems the property costs £500,000 and the location costs £4.7M to make up the total cost!!!! Always interesting to see our various choices in life as someone will willingly spend that much for this apartment.
Compared to the recent apartment you showed in Putney I know which one I would chose with plenty of cash to spare !

Nice apartment defo worth a few million 3-4 max but it's not even that close to an Underground station. Pretty sure Imperial Wharf has like one train every 10 minutes 🙄.

I can't get my head around who is ever going to be able to afford to buy a place like this and live there. The service charge would dwarf most peoples mortgages.
Hideous wallpaper and narrow rooms (the corridor is actually unnecessarily wide). I understand it's a top area but I'm wondering what are the developers doing with these properties? Anyways, good job guys.
Average as, prob more a 2.5 mil max apartment being not near any good underground, leasehold and large service charges. You can get a nice freehold townhouse closer to hyde or st james park for under 5mil.

The bathroom specifically the bath with the shower in the same space is Japanese style .. really convenient actually .. you can take a bath then shower of vice versa. I’m living in Japan this is usual. .

Better investment would be a house in Chelsea with a garden and stairs. Lifts are for lazy nouveau types. Apartment is just an identikit sequence of boxes overlooking more of the same.

Pretty apartment, but for me - the finishes are too dark. Location is great.

Not enough natural light inside so feels dark and smaller then it actually is
