Apart from eggs eh...Ghanaians cook like Cameroonians. We cook this covoyam leaves with fish n eat w plantain or cocoyam. We use a lot of ginger, garlic n onions. Flavourful food. And we take time to cook. We also eat alot of unripe Plantains. I would love to try this
