Not only in Ghana, this is our native soup one place in Rivers State called Khana; and l can see when l was told that Khana migrated from Ghana. This is a confirmation. You can also use vegetable leaf and cook it (uku)

Everything vegetables and non vegetables you purchase from the market , have no land to cultivate in the garden , all very costly in your States green chillies and fish are my favourite😋🙌

AMEN BROTHERS AND SISTERS!
WOW, never seen ebunabunu prepared dis way before, thats why ours is neva green. i def try it out one day. tnx fr sharing
Am originally from Nigeria and my tribe never dire eat “green coco yam leaves”- but lovely to see that there are people who consumes this leaves.
The coco yam leaves are thrown away in my tribe and only used to wrap stuffs after softening it with smoke from fire.
Tatiana you are lovely lady-am proud of you.
We use the leaves to make egushe stew
There r two types of such leaves, one is cocoyam n the other is taro. Unfortunately ppl refer to the taro leaves as cocoyam leaves. What we Ghanaians eat eg for stews and soups is the Taro leaves (Kontomire). They r slightly different
@@maudoforiaffoh5518 I think what we eat is rather the cocoyam leaves. What we don't eat its leaves is the one that grows in swampy areas by itself without having to be planted, and is much larger in size than the cocoyam.
Greetings from Alabama, USA
Nana hemaa God bless you l have learnt a lot
Trop bon , délicieuse sauce
Good job! Looks good and I can tell it tastes good as well. Nothing like communal living. Thanks for sharing.
Your ebunabunu is the best in the whole Ghana
Am crying paaa ooo, watching from uk,doing a 12hr night shift and am starving
I personally would want my own bowl or plate to eat my food. I don't eat or drink from other people. I don't eat snail (or many meats like pork or steak), but I would like to try it with chicken or shrimp or without meat. I like plaintains (but ripe), and I think I'd like cassava because I tried cassava chips from a market. I do not like onions a lot, but sometimes I eat it in Thai soup with coconut milk. I never tried okra as far as I know, but I'd like to try more fruits and vegetables of the world. God has created so much variety.
Delicious food 😋😋😋😋😋👌
