- Reviewing the best Meta Quest 3 games in late 2023, from action and shooter titles to puzzle and fitness apps. These are my top 25 favourite single player experiences for the Meta Quest 3 VR helmet - and let us know your pick of the best below!
As this VR console is backwards compatible with games from the previous generation, you already have a solid catalogue here. Of course, some titles have been upgraded for Meta Quest 3, including Walking Dead Saints And Sinners. Red Matter 2 also enjoys graphics and gameplay updates, while classics like Pistol Whip have been spruced up too.
Resident Evil 4 VR and Medal Of Honor offer impressively immersive experiences, while 7th Guest is a surprisingly excellent reboot. The Meta Quest 3 also boasts a strong selection of puzzle, shooter and adventure games, so there's something to suit all tastes.
My list of favourite VR experiences includes classics like the I Expect You To Die trilogy, as well as workouts from Les Mills, Smash Drums and more. Plus of course you can't beat Super Hot and Robo Recall.

Eleven Table Tennis is still my favourite. Golf+ has improved a lot, I play that almost every day now. Walkabout Mini Golf is great, the last course, Meow Wolf, is a great experience.
I am so glad you included Samba Amigo. I love this game. Especially, World Party. I do wish we could add custom songs as I have played all the songs currently available many times now.

I’m currently playing Asgard’s wrath 2 on my meta quest 3 as it came free with the headset and wow this game is breathtaking. You have to expedite it if you love games as this one is something special.

So many FPS and zombie games. I wonder if developers are excited to make the exact same game with slightly different textures once they begin their dime-a-dozen project, or if they just go through the motions knowing the player base is so simple.

Not my cup of tea but I'm glad they're releasing these devices since it means in the future we could have an actual good headset on which we can play actual good games.
Meta quest 3 has great games. And the augmented reality is a game changer as well as just laying in bed with a giant screen watching movies or netflix wherever your looking

I was about to buy Medla Of Honor but the Multiplayer mode has been shutdown sadly, so I didn't buy it.

It 's a awesome bit of kit. Yea it is kind of expensive, I play this more than my PS5 being part and in the gaming world changing your reality rather than looking at a flat screen 3rd person is mind blowing, playing this with my daughter when I'm working away and meeting up in the gaming world makes it priceless for me.

lol its a lot better than the lawnmower man film maybe look at other gaming channels like Gamertagvr and berdobenjo for a more informative perspective. You can always look at the Quest 2 that is half the price of the new Quest 3 though I would recommend the 3 for it's power and clarity and also the new mixed reality mode. It all comes down to affordability if you have to question if spending that amount is questionable then maybe hold off for a bit.
The Quest 3 is hands down my favorite piece of gaming tech... my consoles don't get much love anymore. As long as you don't have motion sickness issues, it's an easy recommend. Asgard's Wrath 2 alone is worth it.
