Once you sign your new home purchase agreement, you will then select the options, colors and finishes you desire to personalize your home. From here, your home price is determined and firm, there will be no surprises along the way. You’ll be given a general time frame in which your home will begin construction as well as a time frame in which it will be ready for you to occupy.
The next step will be for us to draw your specific home plan with your chosen options- we will also have a drawing done by our surveyor to show the placement of your home on the homesite to best facilitate the aesthetics of the lot as well as the function of the lot, such as yard size, drainage, etc.
Construction starts by building it on paper first- we carefully plan and review the design of our communities, down to the details of each lot, as well as drawing lot specific plans showing the exact configuration of your home, your options, on your lot.
We follow a strategic order of construction in each community to minimize impact to our moved in residents as we continue to build out the community.
We establish long-term alliances with our Trade Partners from who we know we can expect to get quality work done on schedule.
