Hi, I started painting a buffet in soapstone. I want to layer with some other colors. What colors would you suggest? I was also considering layering miss mustard seed. Would that work?

Did you remove the excess wax before paining?

Paint won't stick to wax so all wax needs to be removed before painting :)

@@FusionMineralPaints I meant the excess wax on the areas that will be distressed? Once you rub beeswax bar on the areas you want, do you wipe off the excess before painting?
