you may be correct however, I've never seen the university or is infrastructure if it's closed, you can sell off the buildings and redeveloped the area however, a better option would be to incorporated into its university system. From my understanding they removed the board that was mismanaging money within schlorships, housing, etc. And replaced it with a new board with all black people. So is it bad? The only thing I see bad is that the State has not be transpartent on giving money.
