How to & Style
Somehow I imagine the creators dog chewing up a piece of cardboard and she cried "Eh Voila" and another great idea is born using a simple tool. Wonderful. Thank you for sharing.
Love the beautiful colors combinations, the new ideas that don’t involve buying new supplies, and the new music. Your creativity is so inspiring.

Great demo, thank you.
Thank you for this informative video.
I made the first kind and liked it so much that I ended up protecting it with a couple layers of gesso.
~5:52 - 6:30ish. Oh wow. Stunning.
It’s refreshing to see someone being practical and creative and clever without trying to sell 37 expensive and unnecessary crappy accessories like in the ding dong quilting world.
Thank you :)
WONDERFUL, thank you 😊
So much smartness here!
These are gorgeous! How lucky to have found such fun corrugated cardboard, I've never seen anything like that.
iamdawt The second piece of cardboard is from IKEA. They use that instead of packing peanuts inside their furniture boxes. One of my favourite textures!
@@dawnesmith-sliming7004 OOH, thanks for the tip! I have friends who love IKEA and I can maybe get some from them!
TheCommanda13 Just ask your friends. The cardboard comes in various sizes of rectangles and squares. I have a piece that covers a bit more than half my 12x14 plate!
@@dawnesmith-sliming7004 Wow! Eager for them to make another trip to Ikea! The closest one is two states away. ;-)
What a wonderful ideas ! I have to try this toooooooo 😍
really great results! thanks for sharing 💕
What a fantastic idea! I'll definitely try this. I have way more cardboard than I know what to do with.

What type of color are you using? Is it just dye ink or acrylic paint?
I love your tutorials! Have you listed the specific colors of paint?
Fabulous
Awesome
Superbe !
Was machen Sie mit all diesen wunderschönen Drucken????❤️
These are wonderful. Are they the end product, or are they used to make other art ? Thanks for the video.
Beautiful. Do you decide what colours you are going to use before you start. I’m always in a mess 🙂
Where can we get the honeycomb cardboard similar to what was used in this? I’ve never seen that before and am crazy flipped over it.
Great video as always! Do you have any idea where I could get the big honeycomb- like cardboard? I've never seen it but like it a lot!
Hi can you tell me what kind of paper you used for your prints?
Me parece precioso, me puede facilitar la técnica que usa, así como los materiales y donde los puedo comprar?
Muchas gracias!
I love, love, love your colors!! What is the name of the background music, please...it's beautiful.. Amanda, South-Africa
What kind of paint are you using? Oils?
Name of all your stencils used in this video?
Wow
I don't know where to find the honeycomb cardboard - hmmmmm. idk. these are so cool birgit
It's packaging material from IKEA furniture :)
Very nice is this picture. GLG Benedikta
These are exquisite! I love everything you do. I wish I knew what kind of paper you are using!
I'm using heavy (220 gr.) copier paper. I love how smooth that is :)
Birgit Koopsen thank you! I have never heard of that and I don't know if we have it in the US
Oh I can't handle those holes! LOL! This is so pretty though.
Where can you get those chicken wire-like pattern cardboard? I've never seen those.
Those are beautiful!! What's your favorite way to use your gel prints?
sometimes I bind them into a little art journal and use them as background pages, sometimes they become collage material :)
@@birgitkoopsen See, that is what I needed to hear! Great question and excellent answer. Binding in journal as background pages, so you have a beautiful place for doodles or to stamp on, etc. I am a novice artist and this is a great way to get started!
Thank you. I have a question for you, please. How do you keep your paint from drying out before you start printing. My paint dries too fast. I am using liquitex paint. thank you again.
Liquitex paints should be wet long enough for you to pull a print. But if you struggle you could add some slow dry fluid.
@@birgitkoopsen Thank you.
Traumhaft
where do you find corrugated cardboard with that honeycomb skeleton?
Sue O'Kieffe Birgit told me it’s from IKEA furniture packaging
@@mebearcreationsthanks for replying. wonder who else uses it? :)
Beautiful prints!
