Hot Tent Lake Camping In Snow Flurry | Wood Stove Shrimp Alfredo

- In this video I went hot tent lake camping in a snow flurry. I took my hot tent high in the mountains to a frozen lake while it snowed. The lake is at an elevation of 7,400 ft (2,260 m) so it was still cold enough to snow even in the middle of June! The daytime temperature was around 30°F (-1°C) but it felt much colder with the wind. I cooked shrimp Alfredo on the wood stove for dinner and drank hot coffee by the lake for breakfast. I felt very lucky to find snow this time of year! Thank you for supporting the channel! I'm glad you like the videos. I was shocked to find a snow storm in June to be honest. I had to hike up to around 7,400 ft to find it. I always carry a Zoleo satellite communicator to be safe. It is a must-have item in my opinion. I thought about listing my gun and holster information but CZcams is picky about promoting firearms. I am happy to list it in the comments though. I carried a Ruger LC9s 9mm and my holster is made by Aliengear.

As an admittedly uninitiated city dweller, I was wondering why I hadn't seen you carrying any kind of gun in the earlier videos I've watched. I assumed that all of that delicious cooking you do, would create some irresistible smells that probably travel far to whatever beasts might be around.
