All these dumb fans who wished Poch’s sacking will soon understand how good he was in that dressing room. Owners clearly want a puppet who won’t have any say in the transfer market. They want young manager which makes no sense at this time when we have such a young squad, these players need a manager who can be a father-figure, a manager with hella experience and someone they can love and fear at the same time like Klopp. Poch had all these qualities and now this decision. I can say that Poch must have decided to leave himself rather than being a puppet. There’s no future to this club now. Being a die hard Chelsea fan since childhood and seeing these things makes me weak. Pin this comment and after few months when things will go south come here and accept the fact that what a shit decision it was

You lot celebrating this are in for a rude awakening. We can have no complaints when the next tactico manager comes in with no prem experience and struggles to adapt. Poch was given a squad full of kids, a 39 y/o Silva with no legs, his captain and vice captain missing 80% of the season, the most injuries in the league and a striker who missed the most big chances in the league. I'm really not surprised the decision was mutual. He was set up to fail. We ended the season where many expected us to be. Lampard or Potter lead would lead this team to 12th. Sarri would've had us in 15th-17th. Tuchel would probably never even take the job. Whoever is coming in needs time. If not, how is this new admin different from the old one, outside of the bizarre transfers?

Structure needs to be less rigid, the idea that you blame the manager for decisions made at a sporting director level is fundamentally flawed...
Sure have a structure based on the best youth talent, but at the same time the manager should have a say in terms of areas of the squad he believes needs improving to deliver on the style of football he has advocated he wants to play. Anything else is simply the sporting directors hiding there own failures.
I am ambivalent when it comes to Poch, he wasn't my first choice, he just about delivered (it wasnt convincing) but i always felt he should be judged over the two years (injuries are appalling though and if they feel he is to blame then it makes more sense). Now it feels like we're a laughing stock, who ever comes in is going to need to time and chances are they wont get it and we'll be back to square one in 18 months time.... leaves me feeling slightly meh about the club at the moment.

Terrible decision by the club. The manager market is trash, and it really sets back a team that needs consistency. Another year of Poch with European football would've helped with the development of our young side. The market for a new HC would've also been a lot better. All these options either don't want to leave their current jobs or are just not up to par. It's just going to lead to another Potter situation with a mid table finish and no Europe... again.

He lacks new football ideas....He is a tactically pooooooor....
He just have to go. His passion isn't matching ours....
    WE ARE WINNERS.
We don't wanna be like spurs and arsenal who love celebrating runners up and TOP 4. Is either we are on top or nothing....Then start again. We cannot be managing SEMI-FAILURE like our London rivals.
We are a serious Club, and we aren't EMOTIONAL.
WE ARE THE MOST AMBICIOUS LONDON CLUB.
WE ARE THE PRIDE OF LONDON.
    don't be too emotional....Haters!
we would not suffer. Just wait and see.
The vision is there.... The owners meant well...if not they wouldn't have invested so much....POCH isn't kind of our desired manager. He has given a lot of us hypertension. He is not a winner. We are winners....When we see our kind of managers, we know. We wish him well....He complains a lot...even at PSG with all the super stars and the experienced ones....What did he achieve there. He is a good manager, but not a good coach. Very inconsistent. Good luck to him anyway.
