C17 971 - "Borderlands Steam Adventure" - Warwick to Toowoomba - 6/05/2022

On Friday 6th May 2022, the Southern Downs Steam Railway based in Warwick conveyed Scott McGregor's "Borderlands Steam Adventure" tour group on their final day of the tour from Warwick Railway Station to the historic Toowoomba Railway Station.
This video commences early in the morning with the light up of locomotive C17 971 and the preparation prior to the tour commencing. The train is captured at numerous locations en-route to Toowoomba, including a rare photo run past at the remains of Wyreema station on Toowoomba's southern outskirts before the train rolls into "The Garden City"

If only they ran trips up here to Townsville of this Locomotive, like @Steamrail Victoria & @707 Operations run all around Victoria.
