It's easy to make and really good for breakfast!

- Cheese of your choice (about 4 slices)
- Unsalted Butter (Soften)

- I used cheddar, mozzarella and gouda cheese
- Soften the butter by placing it at room temperature before use
- I highly recommend using mozzarella cheese

I use Mayo it is crispier and not as greasy.!
When I make pan grilled cheese I like to lightly press the sandwich with a smaller pan on top while the sandwich is grilling slowly. This compresses the bread if it's thick or just older bread. And I also like to add Zdenka cheese it makes it more creamy and less stretchy for those who are sensitive to stretchy cheese but I also include normal cheese just less of it.
Or you could just use the spatula to press it
I tried it only with butter and cheese its so nice can't express it
I just made your recipe, besides being very simple and inexpensive, it is really delicious. Personally, I decided to add a little oregano for a fresher touch.👌🥪

I toast both sides of the bread so it’s a crisp bite all the way through and it’s soooo much better. Looks good though

Looks great. Try this. Instead of painstakingly spreading butter on bread, where it may tear, drop the butter in the pan first, let it melt, then put the bread on top of the melted butter and move the bread around for evenness. Saves time, and absorbs some butter into the bread, for an amazing taste.

If it's really cold butter, and very light floofy bread like the bread in this clip, it's very hard to spread the butter on the bread without ripping the bread. That's all @mcwups1 was trying to say, I think. You have to wait for the butter to soften at room temperature a little if you aren't going to melt it in the pan & plan to spread it on the bread first!

Im Literally obsessed with these recipes and made again today 🤤🤤🤤 Its best to enjoy with 1 glass of hot choco on a cold rainy days like these 🥶🥶🥶
I do it differently then most. I butter and put the two slices on the pan like everyone, but when they are light brown, I flip the two pieces of bread, add cheese to the crisp side, pull off the pan after 15 seconds with cheese on it, than microwave for 30 seconds. Still crispy, and the extra crisp is on the inside and not the outside; this feels better in my mouth.
I don't use a microwave... But I've always toasted both sides of the bread. I always thought that was the normal way to make a grill cheese!
