  • Here is a simple yoga practice to help you relieve constipation by Mayur Karthik.
    To help relieve constipation one also needs to look into diet, hydration and movement. Your diet needs to contain a good amount of fibers, easily digestible food. Regular exercise and yoga will help you improve digestion, intestinal peristalsis and movement of undigested food.
