Yes, there are companies that make bolt on tooth bars so you can put it on and remove it with a few bolts.

13 Kph mowing is pretty slow. Not very profitable if you use it for business. My front mount mower mows easily at 21 Kph according to my gps and is advertised at 20 Kph.
