Obviously he beat Aldo, but I mean that Conor could’ve had an even more dominant reign that Aldo did.

The worst fights to watch are ones where people basically play rock paper scissors and brainlessly throw out a flurry of hands and legs hoping theirs land and their opponent's don't, but everything Conor does looks intentional like he has all the distances measured and has the spot where he's going to strike picked out and patiently waits for the right moment, and his counter punches look like he can slow time how precisely he lets fists graze past his face.

Man watching old McGregor stuff is so wholesome, his striking really was something else. He was so sharp, his reaction time was insane, and that while being absolutely calm and fluid. Very special fighter. Sadly he lost that what made him great over the last few years, his striking is still very very good, but he seemed stiff and slow in his last fights compared to back in the day, he built so much muscle mass and throws everything with so much power now.. it seems he forgot that "timing beats speed and precision beats power"

Imo why people hating conor is the fact he cheated in the fight with khabib. As you swa in the video he has more wider skills than khabib, khabib only specializes in wrestling. If he would have fought clean then it would be a phenomenal loss. Like he did with nate diaz in first fight he did not cheat and took the loss well. In the fight with khabib he was grabbing his gloves and cage and shorts. Conor sells himself as the skilled mma fighter/athele than other so cheating is not what skilled fighters do. And I’m not a fan of both fighters.
