    I have one of the Salvin centrifuges. I am looking in the textbook to see if any protocol recommendations are given.
    Do you have these protocol recommendations for the Salvin unit?

    Could we just remove content illustrating procedures done using Fixed-angle centrifuges? There's plenty of evidence showing damage to the platelets/leukocytes when using fixed-angle rotors instead of horizontal/swing out.

      Yes, it is not a good idea to use fixed-angle. The cells get quite damaged as you eluted to.
