I've liked these towers since I first saw them. This is what good architecture & advanced engineering is all about. By making them so slender, they don't cast significant shadows and they don't block a lot of good views.
Yes I agree with you, moreover I find them really impressive and I find that it renews the New York skyline in an interesting way, contrary to other projects much too voluminous and imposing like the 175 Park Avenue...
I like it as it shows a genius of engineering. Yet , it is built not for living in it, but for rich people investments and saving money in real estate. And I would be fine with that. I think if a person is rich, good for them. Everyone wants to be rich, preserve money and be even richer. That is fine. But there is always a but. The skyscraper developers abide by low to invest in affordable housing to balance the scale of real estate in the city, which they don't do, lurking through legal loopholes. So the city gets supper expensive apartments that almost noone can rent or buy, yet the much needed flats for the middle class are dismissed.
432 Park captivates me. I can't explain it. It's architecture is so unassuming and yet so beautiful. I can't wait to return to NYC!
Yes, me too...

Thank you
You are welcome!
Very interesting video. I admire the architecture greatly, but I'm afraid I'd puke in the upper floors of these buildings due to the movement.

I agree with you about this problem.

Yes I know, I spoke about spires
Oh ok
Not a fan of the look of the Park Avenue tower, personally.
