- I originally created this tier list to post straight to Twitter as a gag. But I've been wanting to try making more scriptless videos so I decided to narrate over it's creation.

It's funny how those from the past are time traveling European demon people, but almost all of them have Japanese names.
And Goenitz in XV looks like the most Romanian person I've ever seen.
The north african culture reflected in Dolores, Kukri and Xanadu are very reminiscent if not even completely based off of the Amazigh people located in Morocco and Algeria.
RE: Ralf - Mexico is actually part of North America. Maybe to make him more mexican he could be from the Southern US States that used to belong to Mexico, like Arizona or Utah or New Mexico. I could see that happening.
Hmm... So even though you wouldn't necessarily care, I recall seeing that both Dianna & Foxy (Kula's parents technically) were supposed to be from a couple of neighboring South American countries (Chile & Peru maybe?), but then their birthplaces became "Unknown" by the launch date of KOF XIV to be more in line with the rest of the high-ranking NESTS characters that are still canon to KOF's story...
As for Zero, Clone Zero & Igniz all being from The North Pole: The "Unofficially Official" explanation (IE Taken from a few mobile games and King of Fighters: All-Star ) is that NESTS's main laboratory on Earth sits deep underneath the surface of the Artic Ocean, that technically is right at The North Pole. They also supposedly have one on one of Mars's moons, which is technically where Nameless was created... But since those games are spin-offs, take it with a heaping helping of salt.

Heidern's wife and daughter were named Sandra and Clara (via KOF '95 Team Brazil Ending), which are extremely common names here in Brazil. He still might not have been born here, but being that tall isn't uncommon, and black hair is very prevalent. Not sure about Leona, since she apparently lived in a village that can be anywhere - I can easily see Heidern going there on a mission, but South America is a good bet.
Brazil's south also has a lot of German influence thanks to huge European immigration back in the 1900s. I can see him being from Santa Catarina or smth

I know he was part of Team Mexico in XIV so the nationality is implied, but it bugs me that King of Dinosaurs listed birthplace isn't Pangea (they could even add a little (self proclaimed) at the end and then list Mexico as his actual birthplace)
Honestly that sounds perfect due to his whole wrestler thing....plus alot of wrestlers irl do that kinda thing for the charecter...
Leona is japanese adopted by heidern who's from somewhere in Europe, probably Germany.
Whip name is Seirah which is Hebrew, she has a desert eagle, shes Jewish hence, K probs jewish too, but he has a cross necklace.
Goenitz is greek.
what you mean to say is that she's israeli, not jewish, now im not saying that you mean she practices the religion but its just that i always feel the need to correct people whenever they confuse the jewish religion for the actual demonym of israel

Also an unrelated note, I kind of want Franco's son to be playable in Garou 2 like a Bob and Richard thing where Franco is cheering in the background for his son and cries when he loses/takes damage.
I really hope Garou 2 retcons Hokutomaru being adopted, really makes no sense and just comes off as half committing to the Andy/Mai ship

You're forgetting that Ralf Jones is not a Mexican first and last name he is probably from the US. If his name was Rafael Juanes or something spanish then I would agree if he is from Mexico or from South America 😂.

Really entertaining and interesting Video Mr. SEX! I think some of the headcanons are really reasonable and I personally can get behind. I find it really interesting that you also think that K', Whip and Krizalid are all from Ireland, but i also thought because mostly of K' appearance that he and whip look like people that have like middle eastern parents or they are from southeast asia. Yeah that's my werid headcanon for thier birthplace xd. I would love to see a Video about some of the ages of the characters like it wouldn't be definitive answer but it would be interesting to see how old you think some characters like Kula or K' are.
I gotta say, I agree with most of these. Vice (to me) always seemed somewhat Polish or Middle Eastern (which you can see in her darker skin tone). As for Vanessa tho, while I do see where you're coming from saying she's American (I mean, c'mon, she looks like the typical white chick lmfao) but me tho, I'll say she's Italian, as Vanessa is a name of Italian origin and she actually looks somewhat Italian, too. Igniz was a hard one to figure out for myself but I think I came with a good conclusion for him and I'd say he's either Romanian (simply because the name sounds like its of origin from there) or Finnish (also lowkey sounds like it could of origin from there). Also, I could actually see Ralph being Mexican or really any ethnicity that hails from Latin America as his hair style and skin tone do kinda imply that.

Kula = that's entirely up to headcanon.
Original Zero = most likely Ireland if we go by headcanon.
Saiki = most likely France
Mukai and Magaki = again, entirely up to headcanon, so France is the most likely option too.
Xanadu = either South America or Northern Africa
Also, Weren't Rugal, Adelheid, Goenitz, Igniz, Kukri and Luong confirmed to be German, Czech, Tunisian and Vietnamese respectively?
I'm fairly sure ralph is supposed to be native american as a pose to mexican, oh and nameless was born on mars, also also, Kukri has a win quote against xanadu in kof XIV.
Heidern is from Germany. Leona is northern Europe most likely as her fathers name Gaidel is possibly Italian in origin? Maybe French?

I've always believed Vanessa is from ???? She's like Hawkeye in the MCU. She has a whole family in a house in the woods somewhere and we'll never know about them. She doesn't even give her last name.

Ralf and Clark were never Brazilian. In Ikari Warriors they were just rip-offs of John Rambo and Arnold's character in Commando so Americans by default, while in KOF their only true association with Brazil is their stage being in a rainforest. And if you're referring to Clark's Argentine Backbreaker, that is an actual move from pro wrestling, named like that because it was associated with Antonino Rocca who was born in Argentina.
Vanessa Lewis was confirmed to be American as early as her debut in 2001.
