The Cellula has an incredible step in feel and the cushion is some of the best out there. I feel that this is a Glycerin, Gel-Nimbus competitor and can be worn for a casual night out too.
Seriously if I didn't currently have so many unused shoe yet to be ran in and so sold all of them. I'd just buy these three and and casual puma Shoe and that be my four shoe rotation for a year. ❤
Thank you! The Cellula is a high cushion trainer compared to the Nucleo Equipe and has a more exaggerated rocker to it, perfect for long days or long runs. The Nucelo Equipe is a really good lightweight mid-cushion daily trainer.
Thanks! That has been the surprising part about the Gara Carbon and the Frenquenza. Both have fit true to size. Possibly try a half-size up on the Frenquenza, did not have any issues with it being too tight. If you are on the wider side go the half size up then. Hope this helps!
Question: does Cellula fit the same as Gara Carbon in size? I too have to size up 0.5 for Atomos v7000. I go TTS with Gara Carbon and it fits me perfectly.
I had to go up a half in the Cellula but was perfect in the Gara. I feel like the Cellula, for me, fit a pinch shorter and narrower than the Gara. Also, the Gara is freakin awesome.
@@wonkydonkey7899 I haven't tried the Atomo v7000 personally, but I had to go up a half size for my Cellula. If you also went up a half size for your Atomo from the Gara, then they probably fit very similarly.
@@RunMoore yeah that’s the thing. On Diadora website, they even state that Atomos v7000 runs small and recommend going half to full size up. For Cellula, they suggest to go with your normal size. The only way to find out is try out a pair then.

Glad to hear you like the new Cellula as well! Definitely a great choice to pit against the Glycerin and Gel-Nimbus.
loving the cellula. great review, subscribed.
It really is great shoe isn't it? Has been my go to for everyday walking around. Thanks for the sub!
Seb Coe competed in diadora from '85 - '90. Great shoes. Great review of these offerings.
Certainly a great brand with some fantastic offerings. Thanks for the support!

Great review. Where does the V7000 fit in this lineup?
diadora frequenza best shoe ever for tempo / everyday training
The Frequenza was a shoe that really surprised me with how well it worked with my foot. I'm glad you enjoy it as much as I have been!
Awesome as always! How does the Cellula compare to the Nucleo Equipe? The Nucleo has been my go to.

If you prefer or require more foot volume, the Cellula is it. I wanted to love the Nucleo but my high instep does not.
Frequenza looks narrow are they comfortable will on wide feet ?
Great reviews! Does the Frequenza fit true-to-size? I had to go up a full size in the Atomo V7000.

Can you describe the Gara's plate's relative stiffness (e.g., very stiff, stiff, some flex, etc.)?
