Great summary! Thank you for this video.
None of doctors I spoke/deal with put the correct name to endometriosis as Inflammatory problem. No one in hospital after laparoscopy of ovarian cyst and diagnosing endometriosis speaks about inflammation, effects of diet or immunity deficiency. I like you point out link to autoimmune issues, it seems to be exactly my case. However general gynecologist don't see beyond laparoscopy, hormonal treatment or pregnancy as a solutions to endometriosis. Great to see specialist like you sharing this important knowledge, keep it up!

Interesting theory you got there Dr. I literally had my laparoscopy in Aug aside from my official endo diagnosis I was also told that I had appendicitis at one point. I never even knew I did but interesting that you argue there is a connection

Endometriosis in my opinion maybe more common among those who have had miscarriages for whatever reason, especially Rh factor incompatible miscarriages where the mother’s immune system kicks into high gear destroying the fetus on a cellular level, causing the baby to literally disintegrate backwashing into the pelvic cavity. Many Rh negative woman now have been sensitized at birth. The first Rhogam generation babies were saved from their Rh negative mothers leaving Rh positive girls who now carry the Rh negative trait. These Rh positive babies after becoming woman and Rh also negative carriers get w a man who is either rh negative or carries the trait. They has a Rh negative girl. This Rh negative girl at birth develops antibodies against her Rh positive mother at birth when their blood mixes. She grows up not knowing she was sensitized to the D antigen at birth. (Sad, they forgot to give the baby girl Rhogam- goes both ways) She gets with an Rh positive man in her adult life and has repeated early miscarriages before Rhogam is even administered. Doctors scratch their heads and then decide to give Rhogam early. But it’s too late. It doesn’t work. She’s been sensitized at birth and will forever make antibodies to the D antigen. These miscarriages have to have some ill effect on the mother with the cells of the fetus migrating into the pelvis especially given that the fetus is disintegrated and turned into a dark liquid goo. Some women test positive for pregnancy and then have an ultrasound and the baby can’t be identified. Some are identified w a heart beat then the embryo or fetus simply disappears after the fetal heart rate slows or stops. Many I have met with endometriosis have had miscarriages or at the least heavy bleeding with their periods.

Interesting info thank you! In 2008 I had emergency surgery to remove my appendix and in 2017 while having surgery to remove a septum in my uterus my dr. Found a mild case of endo.

Is there a test doctors can do to check for endometriosis? My IVF doctor told me I could have endometriosis and said there is no test to check for it. Only way you can find out if you have it is if they take out the uterus totally. Is this true?
