      you have to find an average in that range silly goose, averages surprise you when you have a a lot of numbers to crunch you have to find the number of officers in the US that get paid which is roughly 800,000 people then you add up each salary one by one then you get a total number you then divide that number by 800,000 and you get the average. range and averages arent the same thing. for example lets just say there are 10 officers, all ranging from 20k to 120k. 2 get paid 20k, 2 get paid 40k, 2 get paid 50k, 2 get paid 65k, 1 gets paid 90k and 1 gets paid 120k that equals 405,000 in salary now divide by 10 and your average is 40,500.

    • @KenanTurkiye
      @KenanTurkiye Před 15 dny +4

      Currently in 2024 the Turkish police salary per year is 16,404 USD per year.
      Avarage house price in Sydney Australia is 1 million 650 thousand dollars (most expensive city in AU)
      Avarage house price in Istanbul Turkiye is 250 thousand dollars (most expensive city in TR)
      Avarage loaf of fresh white bread 1lbs in Australia 3 dollars 40 cents.
      Avarage loaf of fresh white bread 1lbs in Turkiye 50 cents.
      As an example, a Turkish avarage wage earner buys about 34 percent more daily commodoties, and is better off paying amenities, rent, electricity, water, gas, bills etc than a French avarage wage earner (true as of 2023) meaning the cost of living of equal life standards and qualities is cheaper.
      Basically wages/salaries makes sense in relation to the cost of living in their respective countries.
      How well can you live off with that money buying stuff in the country you earn it, that's what counts.

    • @KenanTurkiye
      @KenanTurkiye Před 15 dny +2

      Basically, many of the 'rich countries' are actually poorer compared to some other countries when you take into consideration the actual cost of living in their respective countries.
      The reason why some countries pay a lot to their workers is because many of such countries pillaged and stole the riches from Afrika, Asia and other parts of the world, their gold, uranium, mines and even enslaved their people, this caused a warped placing in the race, and than they later started SELLING money to these poor countries they made poor, gaining more money on top of their money, and also further instigated wars and internal strife in these countries to keep them poor.
      All this process made their currency valuabe against all other currencies in an effort to segregate the world into
      ''first world and third world'' etc.
      It's the result of deep rooted racism if we are to be honest about it. A culture of perceived genetic superiority where the 'other' is viewed lesser so should be kept lesser.
      Twisted.

    Your data is outdated. Philippines basic starting for PO1 is 29668 monthly which is the lowest rank officer. A year is 356k. If in USD that'll be around $6300 depending on exhange rates.

    In Brasil the highest police wage is the federal police, going from 45k to 125k American dollars a year, state police starts from 18k to 76k. The standard after the first 2 years is 110k reais, around 22k america dollars a year. On top of that, police in Brazil gets loads of benefits, constant raises according to inflation and a carrier path to get better money, if you start working at 18 you will retire at 43 with a full wage that goes to your wife if you die first, if you retire earning 70k dollars you will continue to get pay for the rest of your life. That is government pension, if you had a private pension scheme the government would have to pay into your private 3x everything you put in, if you pay 100 dollars a month into a private, the government would have paid another 300.
    If it was any less nobody would want to do this job as mortality rate is not the best

    Turkiye: Currently in 2024 the Turkish police salary per year is 16,404 USD per year.

      Twisted.

    Нет такой зарплаты у обычной полиции в России. 11000$ это сказочная сумма. Более реально будет выглядеть 5700-7000 максимум. К примеру зарплата полицейского патрульной службы 350-380$ в месяц, это 4560$ в год в самом лучшем случае.
