    We missed adding a few important details before you decide about the property. Since we can't amend the video, we've decided to highlight them here. There is a nearby dump yard that produces a strong smell sometimes, especially in the evening, and a freight corridor that can create some noise too. While there are plans to remove the dump yard, the timeline is uncertain. We want to ensure you have all the facts. Thank you for understanding.

    Great vedio and perhaps M3M cullinan, ATS knightbridge, Max estate 128, Mahagun Manorille Kalpataru Vista sector 128, Experion Elements sector 45, County 107, Gulshan Dynasity are other projects in the luxury category....and I am sure the list will further increase with Gulshan and CRC ultra luxury project launches in sector 128 soon.....L&T was worth a project in sector 128 but not sure where they got stuck...

    I don't know why marquee players like Mahindra, DLF, Hiranandani, lodha didn't invest in noida realty sector despite having huge demand. They will be sold like hot cakes.

    Team, Wanted to understand why they have the change the name of project ? From Tropical isle to this?

    • @whitehatrealty
      @whitehatrealty  Před 2 měsíci

      Tropical Isle is a completely different project adjacent to Jardinia, sharing the same boundary. Tropical Isle was launched 8 months ago and has already sold out.

    Why is it so costly ? Who is buying these flats. 3 crs for 2 bhk is unrealistic.

      its all marketing with black money

    • @whitehatrealty
      @whitehatrealty  Před 2 měsíci

      A 3 BHK costs 3 Cr, while 2 BHK units are not yet available. Yes, it is expensive, and the reason is the basic supply versus demand dynamic. The supply of luxury apartments on the Noida Expressway is very limited. People from Delhi are slowly & gradually shifting their focus from Gurugram to the Noida Expressway and are finding few luxury options here. Almost 20% of the sales are to NRIs, with most of the remaining sales coming from Delhi rather than Noida or Ghaziabad.

    • @scientifixx
      @scientifixx Před 2 měsíci +2

      It's simple, not made for the end user, everything is made today for Investors. NRIs will live here? Nah for how long this game will go on.
      And the interesting thing is every advantage shared here IS for the End User. What an irony.
      Investors buy and investors sell will soon result in Ghost towns and Lot of bankrupt Builders and people connected to them and loans will be right off from tax money(I guess). The thing is we have to pay, this way or that way. 😂

      @Geekyvlog Před 2 měsíci

      @@scientifixx I strongly agree on this, we will see many ghost Apartments with 15-30% occupancy in future, because everywhere we see flats and flats, but we are not seeing anyone wants to live that far away form city at least in the near 4-5 years.

    Why did you skip highlighting the major flaw with this project, which is the dumpyard behind it? One can sense a strong smelly pungent smell while even visiting the site in the evening. Pls be transparent with all the facts. Don't say it's in plans to remove the dumpyard, that's in plans since long on paper

    • @whitehatrealty

      yes and even dedicated freight corridar was also worth mentioning as this is very close to this project and will create unrest as these are all "mall gadis" although with improved technolgies but still create a noise and polution..

    • @raaripaka
      @raaripaka Před 2 měsíci +1

      Every project has a +ve and -ve sides on the earth. Also, people who buy/live in such expensive homes do not need a metro station in front of their homes and they even don't like such crowds in front of their gates. But overall of you see the +ve side weights more than -ve side.
      One more aspect, the dedicated freight just in neighbourhood to this community also create lot of goods train noise.
