Please check construction quality of Gaur group earlier projects. His Siddharth Vihar & Gaur city projects look like High Rise Chawls. People on budget live there as its better than builder floors. But now builder wants to encash and launch luxury project. Also in peak office hour Siddharth vihar to Noida sector 62 takes 30 min travel time so wave city to sector 62 will take 1 hour.
62 tk khi se bhi jao min 30 min toh lagta h hi except indirapuram
You guys are really doing a great job, perseverance is key and you all are constantly making videos to inform the end users abt various projects almost daily. Thanks is the least I can say!
Suggestion - make video on under construction and ready to move project end to end process if possible with all scenarios covered like loan process, old property loan closure, documents to ask while selling a property from buyer, how to verify builder and projects credentials, taxes involved, transfer charges etc....

Never invest in Gaur projects. 3rd class builder. Cheap quality.
100 flats per acre with average size 3000sqft is high density not low density. This is certainly not a luxury project. Gadhey ko ghoda bolne se vo ghoda nahi ban jayega.
Naam bade aur darshan chote. 14th Avenue worst project. 7th Avenue with 1 kva inverter backup. Better to go with county group.

It''s okay sort of. I live in Prateek Grand city. Siddharth Vihar is high density area with FAR of 3.5. It is perfect for people on budget who travel to delhi for work but doesn't make sense to buy luxury flat. Nearby all area is high density and it is now taking 30 mins to reach Noida sector-62 in peak office hours due to auto mafia on NH24 side lanes.

@@hemantpant2771 Yes Siddharth vihar works for people with daily travel to Ghaziabad. It's a good locality but becoming congested like Gaur City or Indirapuram.
I don't think there is any acceptance even for CRC or Steller. It is more like an investor money. Investors preference is different from end users. I heard similar things about sector 10-12 greater noida but I can't see much movement. It's ok if everything is getting sold but like the county group they always resale 80% inventory again to End Users, this is not possible for all developers.
Speculation mat karo, I am an end user for CRC Joyous. The project never gets sold out if there are no end users purchasing it.
@@naveennegi2305 I'm not sure why you chose such a congested and overpriced society. Except for the front-facing flats, most units won't receive adequate sunlight. This project seems overhyped.
@@HousingMarketWatch I sold my non-mivan 2bhk flat in JM Florence at 7k psft and purchased CRC Joyous @9.5k psft which has additional temperature control swimming pool, squash, Tennis court, luxurious club, all properly thought out floor plans and layout to have sunlight and ventilation in all apartments, 3 lifts per floor, on 60mtr wide road etc.etc.etc. I disagree that it is overhyped. Let CRC build this project and we can argue back here again.
