    2.2 crores for a 2 BHK flat that too far away from city center and constructed using conventional method no Mivan, Am I missing something here or it is what it is.

      Last year 1900 sqft unit 3 bhk was for 1.75 cr... Thn i bought ATS pious hideaways... Far better thn this project

    This project is extremely praiseworthy, very less flats, not too much high rise, 8-9 acres of central park (nest and nurture) out of 18 acres, 24/7 club n swimming pool, jacuzzi, and all amenities, gym by zaheer khan, very spacious flats, lifetime splendid uninterrupted views of fields n yamuna n hindon from 1907 size mainly (hard to find in any big city), once you visit and get to know all the details one will surely stretch his budget to go for it. This is not podium based. Exclusive amenities in both nest and nurture.

    one suggestion: when you are suggesting "near ready to move in option" please also mention if builder has applied for project OC or not. "From applying OC till handing over flat possession is almost a six to eight month cyle. If godrej has yet not applied for OC i fear the possesion will be offered in Sept 2024....

    Can you please tell me why office space is cheaper in noida and greater noida but residential is expensive. Average office space price is 5k to 8k and average residencial price in noida is 8 to 18k. I think office space construction is more expensive because of glass work elevation.

      Both land and construction costs for office spaces are significantly lower compared to residential properties. Office spaces are usually built on institutional lands, which are nearly 50% cheaper than residential lands. While retail and commercial lands can be more expensive, residential construction costs are much higher than those for office spaces, as office spaces are typically sold as bare shells with only the outer facade finished. This means buyers have to invest a lot more to make the space operational. Additionally, developers often charge twice the actual space; for example, you might get 300 square feet of office space but be billed for 600 square feet. I hope this answers your question.

      But office space is cheaper in commercial land also for example office space resale price in gaur city mall and galaxy blue sapphire resale price is 6 to 8 k but sector 10 and 12 noida extension residential price is 8 to 11k.

    Construction quality is not mivan thats why project is cheap. Also this sector will take 5 more yrs. to be liveable.
