    Please make a detailed video on the lease rent for this sector , It is highest in Noida and builders are not giving clarity as to how they reached to that number. Around 5-7 lakhs is the lease rent alone .

    Many corrections in the video :- Club house is of 55K SQFT and not 25K SQ FT, construction is on red bricks and not on red bricks, park area is 8.5 acre and not 5. Seems many corrections are required in your video

      The central green area in the society spans 5 acres, + various other amenities in open spaces also planned. We may need to verify the clubhouse size with the developer's staff, and corrections will be made if any inaccuracies are found. It's worth noting that the building was constructed solely using fly ash bricks, not red bricks. Thank you for sharing your feedback-it's greatly appreciated.

    It's not traditional brick. It's block based construction. You might want to correct this in video.

      Red bricks were banned for high-rise apartments at least 10 years ago. Group housing developers are now required to use fly ash bricks, making them the conventional method.

      This is a new sector and not habitated as of now. When public amenities starts coming and occupencies increases, rent will increase sharply. This is a general trend. But I am very sure that in next 1-2 year rent will be more than or equal to central noida. Noida extension se definitely jyada hoga because of proximity to the IT companies. Investment aaj ko dekh kar nhi future ke hisaab se ki jati hai.

      I have stayed in mivan and non mivan, so I can understand the advantages and disadvantages of both. What I can say seepage issue is not for all units in non mivan project, I did not have. But now I am staying in Mivan project where I can feel pain to make small alteration in my unit. Also, intensity of noise and the way my entire building shaked in the last couple of earthquakes. It was a horrible experience that I had never felt in non mivan before, also heat issue...😢😢
      Yes, I can admit that, outer facade finish looks good and require less maintenance in mivan. .
