- You can play the melody on low strings and the accompaniment in the same time. Melody is picked by the thumbpick, which also plays the chords on the downbeats. Upbeats are played by the index finger armed with the banjo fingerpick. In the ukulele-friendly key of C major, and then also in the key of D major.

Great music. I enjoy your style of playing.
… PERFECT Mirek 👍 …
Thanks Jörg! I hope to see you again soon.
Wonderfull
That’s great. Where can I get the tabs please
Hi, where can I find the tablature?
Sorry, there is no tablature available, I play the melody by ear from the chord shapes of three basic chords in the key of C and then in the key of D. I recommend slowing down the video to 0,75 or 0,5.
I Second wanting to see the picking pattern
It is just boom--chick (single string on boom, multiple strings strum on chick) played by thumbpick only. Or boom--chick-a with the "-a" played by the uppicking of the index fingerpick.
Looks like you need a pick guard.
Yes my index and/or middle fingerpicks harm the spruce top a bit, so I need periodic repair. I tried the electrostatically adhering pickguard, but it alters the friction of the surface and interferes with my right hand strumming patterns.
Willie Nelson doesn't use one lol
