“Enough Already” is a wonderful book! It is my favorite book out of all of the books Valerie has written so far. I also have fond memories of Tamron Hall being on a morning show in Chicago (WFLD) from (1997-2007), she was a great host on that show!
Valerie is just a completely beautiful soul inside and out. I am sorry she is going through this pain journey but I know she will come through stronger and better than ever.

How anyone can hate on a woman with such a loving, kind, sweet intelligent soul is beyond me. Women are their own harshest critics. We look at the alien life forms called "super models" walk the runway, or in television commercials who are impossibly flawless in appearance and hate ourselves because we don't measure up to that 18-year-old stick figure. And we hate on others too--which is the really sad part, and celebrities that dare to get older and put on weight get hit the hardest. Instead, as women we should be supportive of ourselves and each other by accepting who we are at whatever season of life we're in. Valerie, I don't care what the scale says or what size you wear. You will always be stunningly beautiful both inside and out.

Valerie, I took care of my ex-husband with his dementia, I lost him in March this year and I am so sad all the time over his passing. I was listening to a past video about you and Eddie after his passing, it was shortly after you lost Eddie Van Halen and listening to the narrator's story about your relationship with Eddie while married, going through the divorce, life after the divorce...you and Eddie always had the special inseparable love for one another and so many cannot understand this. Especially those you end up in a relationship with and I can't help but think this is why you, and Eddie, ended up divorcing your husband at the time and Eddie divorcing his wife at the time. I have never fell out of love with my ex-husband, nor did Terry fall out of love with me. I am so grateful we were together over the years we were best friends and inseparable, when it was good it was great and those are the memories I have in my heart for him, for us. I love you so much Valerie, you are precious! You are beautiful! I don't know if I will ever stop grieving losing Terry, but I hang on to the trust he is still with me from over the veil in Spirit. I know he is I have received his signs and you cannot make that sh_t up, just saying.
