This was so satisfying to watch! I'm currently in the middle of doing my own install but watch the pro's for tips and tricks. By far one of thr cleanest installs ever, along with the care and attention to detail. Awesome job!!! True professional..the abs heat trick to bend was a great tip!!! 👍🏽
Thank you!

Your installs are on a different level
So far the best installation I have ever seen the entire youtube yet so satisfying. Much respect Bro, you're the definition of a real professional. You'd give people a run for their money.
I appreciate that!
Now that's the way it's done. Soldering each contact for a strong connection. And the use of shrink tubing was awesomely done. Excellent job. 👍👍👍👍
Glad you liked it!
I like the way u doing the harness! No modification or cut... good job.

@@Qualitymobilevideo the o
I’m appreciated for your efforts to make this video. I have exactly the sample car, the similar system with the Factory Radio, T wiring harness, 1 AudioControl lc7i audio line output converter, 1 amplifier 4 Channels, a component speaker JBL Gto 609C for the front, a co-axial speaker Infinity Kappa 693.11 for the rear side speakers and a Subwoofer Rockford P300-12 with build-in amplifier.
I did all my own works and this was the first time I tried to install a full car audio system by myself. For the first few seconds I saw this video, I thought was popped out of my mind: Darn it!! I wish I had this video sooner, it would save me a ton of time to research everything (tools, parts, harness, materials, the way to disassemble panel,...). I’m in the middle of installing process now. I learnt some things new from your video:
- I gonna need to double check my T-wiring harness, for sure I need to change some wires as you did.
- I also learnt how to build a amp crack like a professional.
- I gonna need to double check the output voltage for each channel.
There is one more thing I still concern about my system. The front speaker I have is JBL Gto 609c which runs at 4 Ohms and the rear speaker is Kappa 693.11 runs at 2 Ohms. I didn’t notice the different Ohms when I bought these speakers. Is that safe for the amplifier if I run 2 speakers system which are different in Ohms? My amplifier is MTX Thunder 75.4 (75W RMS per channels, can handle from 2-6 Ohms speakers).
+Kiet Pham
Your MTX amplifier will be perfectly fine running your 2-Ohm Kappa's and 4-Ohm JBL speakers. No problem.
You will need to adjust the amplifier "gain adjustment" lower for the Rear channels (usually channels 3 & 4 on the amplifier).
Lorenzo i have learned so much just from watching you work. Your probably one of the best installers on the planet!!!
Thank you Harry!
I have seen that much attention to detail ever. Great job
Thanks!
Then you might wanna watch some more video's.
I recommend Five star car stereo
This was the most detail clean and well thought put together install I have seen in years
Thank you!
You killed the game with the adhesive tie down zip ties!
who else watches these kind of videos just because its so satisfying and you dont have enough cars to keep on doing this.
I literally do it for free for friends based on what i've learned online and doing it on my own cars since 16(first few times were a bitch). I make a list for them and assuming they buy everything I don't even charge because I like doing it so much. I have already installed simple headunit/amp/sub systems in 3 coworkers cars lol. The first one was painful as he bought a $20 cca "4 gauge" kit from amazon. God did that hurt me to put into a brand new chevy truck knowing it wouldn't fully meet the demands of his underrated kicker 600.1
Wtf.. u find this satisfying my man? This to me makes me not wanna touch another wire again..any tips where I can find a good guide online to hook up an amp and subwoofer to a 2012 maxima factory stereo?
@@mistyperlaza6128 step 1) get a quality line ouput converter like pac sni35 or audio control lc2i. this gives you signalto send to your sub woofer amp using standardized RCA plug which your factory radio does not have .
Step 2) tap into rear speakers wire in trunk.
Step 3) connect that speaker wire to loc from step one using aftermarket OFC copper speaker wire and ziptie loc out of the way above trunk
Step 4) run ofc 4 or 8 gauge power wire to trunk and into amp(knuconceptz makes best kit its on amazon)
Step 5) ground amp to BARE metal in trunk(no paint)
Step 6) run a short rca cable from loc to amp
Set gain on amp but dont slam it wide open like a scrub and blow ur sub.
@@mistyperlaza6128 go to bestbuy after they re open. They'll install everything for 200 doesn't matter where you buy it and lifetime warranty just pay 200 plus parts
@@rmblwgn Same mental state on me also buddy, Are we crazy? No that is called personal satisfaction!
that mount for the Pioneer DSP is really something, like factory install, neat and tucked away
This is a really inspiring video. Perfectly clean install, attention to detail. Makes me want to rip out my install and do it over!
Lol thanks Allan!
i really like your vids man you do some extremely quality work. you use proper connectors, loom everything, mount things properly, and put everything back like it supposed to be..... VERY GOOD WORK BROTHER, TRUE PROFESSIONAL YOU ARE
Thank you! 👌
So much hardwork, patience, skill, materials, time and effort put in to get a perfectly neat installation from point A to Z... so amazing! Love it! Awesome work done! Hats off to your amazing work bro! I've lesrnt so much while watching this video.. i didn't even fast forward any part of it 😊
Much appreciated!
The best video I have ever seen on car audio installation, and the cleanest install I have ever seen. You're obviously a master and take tremendous pride in your craft.
Then Dean and Fernando will really rock your world. Look up 5 star car stereo on CZcams
@@clintcurtis9630 I'm a big fan there too
What satisfying video to watch, you guys go all out with heatshrink, solder, cable ties, wire loom, tape, custom brackets with threaded inserts and just overall cable management. I love the crimp and solder combo! All this and I will pick on 1 minor detail, some bootlaces on the distribution block would have been nice. I relate to this install, I went all out like this for my minor system, just simple things like using di-electric grease on outside connections, stainless steel bolts and mounting the fuse and having tidy cable work. It can take double the time but is for sure worth it and you will guaranteed to never have any short circuits.
Thanks Kurtis! Some people think we go too far, but we like to make all installations as close to, if not better, than factory quality
@@Qualitymobilevideo better job then toyota could ever do hahaha
As I am sitting at my desk I have this playing on my phone watching from the corner from my eye.. This is oddly so satisfying lol. I’m seriously digging your skills. Old school. If you do some thing. You do it right.

Wow, this is an amazing installation! The new amps and Pioneer DSP really make a difference in sound quality. Great job on phase two of the car audio system installation!
Glad you liked it!
I wish I had a quality installer near me like this guy. Then I would have confidence in the work being done
Lot of politics in these shops. If you buy stuff from them an pay their markup they gladly help you. Bring the stuff too them an they tell you that they are too busy or come back another day.
He's not a quality installer, a quality installer would zip tie the cables, not tape them up, in case you have to troubleshoot, there's no need to untape and retape.
@@letsgonow5641 Especially the shops in and around LaGrange, TX.
i had all equipment purchase as a gift. 1-6 channel amp,amp kit component set, radio and a sub enclosure. local shop wanted $1100 for installation

Wow, thanks!
@@Qualitymobilevideo what should I put in my 98 gtp that don't cost a fortune
I installed some pioneer type r and running a jl amp but I used the existing wire, should I run new wire all the way to the amp or will it matter really? Thanks
Must be the most satisfying install I've seen. Craftsmanship. Galaxy rating.
:)
No one able to judge whether its a company fitting or aftermarket…excellent work kudos
Wow such a nice and clean install, just by watching you soo many ideas came to my mind. I’ll definitely re-do my install. Thanks for the inspiration and awesome job!
This is by far the cleanest and most detailed install I’ve seen. Great job guys...
Thanks!
Now he’s the definition of a professional installer , Good work man and love from VA
Thanks Pedro!
Thats amazing quality Installations, I wish we have like you guys here in NY
We have installer who uses only duct tap and scotch tape for connections
LMFAO we've seen some bad installs ourselves
Professional as always. I give Lorenzo credit for being so patient. Personally I don't have enough time to make a system that pretty. Plus none of my cars are newer than 2000 and don't warrant wiring a system that will outlast the car itself...
Thanks Larry! If only you guys knew how many hours this one took him!
love how you keep replying to comments until this day, great work btw! those details are just perfect👌🏻
Thank you so much 😀
Man your work is so beautiful wow I was actually drooling the whole time I was watching this!!
Wow, thank you!
Kenwood has always made excellent car audio EVERYTHING :D
outstanding install! Game on for my 2020 Camry XSE SQ build! thanks for sharing and Ideas on these new car installs!
Our pleasure!
Bro I love the way neat clean and detailed work you do it’s not that easy to work this cleanly keep it up good job if I ever got chance I’ll drop my ride to get it done everything your way god bless you
Good job man, you can install my stuff anytime! I do my own installs naturally, but you do it like I do, crimp then solder then heat shrink, there is no better way when quality matters. Just one thing I do that you might consider, I tin the ends of my power cables and I use silver bearing solder for everything. It's a little more expensive but it will eliminate any chance of corrosion and it conducts better than gold. Plus, a tinned end gives the clamps something hard and solid to bite down on rather than just soft stranded wire. I enjoyed this video, good stuff man!
Cheers 🍻
Thanks bud!
That was freaking awesome. A lot of people fast forward or play music during the install and I don’t like that. I am willing to sit and watch a two hour install video as long as I can learn from it. I would have like if you spent more time on the tuning and explaining that process.

@@Qualitymobilevideo How much does the installation cost?
Great work! Great to see more people taking the time to do things the proper way. Gotta say, 1:02:48 That big ass Techflex on the 18g remote wire might have been a bit over the top tho haha. I do really like that you don’t edit out the small mistakes, and instead show how you quickly fix them. Keep up the great work and awesome install vids!
Thanks Dan! Appreciate it
No install Details overlooked here, good job.

Just an idea, you could put all the cables underneath the templates you made to mount the amps, and make a holes in front of the amps connections and fish out the cables from there. That way it would look even cleaner. Anyway perfect job my friend!

Geez man. high end installer. You are a topnotch installer. Cheers to you. You secured the whole system properly and neatly. It's not just making it work, it's the small details that you put in it that is really really hard to do. It does not matter if the system is entry, mid or high end level, its your high end installation that matters. Thanks for sharing your talent. Best of luck man. Keep it up!
Thanks so much Patrick!!!

I see a lot of Five Star Car Stereo in this one. Even the Fernando Fancy fuse holder. Not a bad thing at all though. Great video 👍
agreed, however all shops are becoming a better standard these days. I'm in Delaware and they're doing it up here too, check out Matt Schaeffer's page. He's crazy good with custom installation, he's in one of our local shops. Had a gut drive his BMW suv from Canada down here for him to do the install

Your works are really premium......

Fascinating. I recently had a full audio system installed. It was a little more involved than this, and this was a lot. I had 2 sets of Focal components running active crossover setup, utilizing 2 amplifiers, one for the tweets and one for the midrange drivers. A JL Audio 75/4 and a JL Audio 75/2 respectively. Active setup is a huge difference in sound. A 500/1 JL mono lock amp for 2 JL 12’s, 2 gauge wire from the battery, and 4 gauge into the bigger amps, a Rockford Fosgate DSP/interface, and Dynamat where it was needed. And window tint. I already owned all the equipment except for the DSP and the 2 channel amp, and the cost for parts and labor was still around $3,800. Now I can see why labor rates for this kind of work are what they are. This guy is a master installer.
Thanks Andy!
Hi I know this has been a while ago now but I just got my dsp and i have a 5 channel JL amp I'm just wondering about the wiring like the speaker wire goes to the 5 channel amp right, but the rca goes first to the dsp? Then rca dsp to amp ? Thx
@@michaelmarquez6133 I didn't install it myself, I had it professionally installed. Cars are far more complicated than they used to be. I wasn't even going to attempt it.
@andykalnins9846 I hear you haha it's been a lot of effort on my part but I actually got an older car but taken care of for that reason ! I bought a 2010 toyota camry with 45000 miles so it's a little easier but still. Mind if I ask you like around how much everything was to do? I'm guessing I wouldn't really be able to afford it to have a shop do it you know
@@michaelmarquez6133 I definitely hear that. The labor to install everything can be as much as all the parts to the system. It's different if the system is 100% aftermarket but it gets tricky when integrating with an Infotainment type system which comes with modern cars. My 75x4 amp was going so I got an 8 channel JL VXI amp instead, and had the Focal 3.5" installed as well. Look that amp up, it's a lot of technology in one amp.
wow, awesome
keep sharing great video good job

Indeed a very professional work
very tidy setup! so satisfied

Good job man 👍
Your guys did a Wonderful great job.

Wow mind blowing sir you are always awesome
ALL THAT WORK AND USING UNDERSIZED(6awg) CCA 4 GAUGE WIRE ): I know its sufficient for lower amperage setups but it degrades so much over time and can become a fire hazard. The stuff oxidizes and crumbles like crazy!! Ask me how I know :/ spent 4 hours installing some into my car when I hadn't watched pros like you guys and next thing I know my wire ends are all dusty and flaking off leading to amp turning off at times. The connection to battery/fuse was done with ring terminals and crimped with hydraulic crimper.. no lose connection excuse. Ended up buying a knuconceptz TINNED ofc wiring kit for $55 which blew me away with how beefy and quality all the components were.
I just sat for an hour and half watching this video and I enjoyed every minute. I would like to know where you guy’s located at to see if we can pay you a visit for a installation. I’m from Los Angeles, Ca.
hanks Salvador! Same! Unfortunately, we don't really do installs for the public and since we're understaffed right now due to the virus, it'd be almost impossible to shut down the store to do installs :(
Nice and neat! Well done!
Thank you! Cheers!
At around 3:30 that missing 5th wire is for the dimmer function it controls the brightness of the stereo from the dimmer switch some of those wiring harness adapters have the 5th wire but aftermarket stereos dint use it
