My guess is that it turns on during a west south west swell and the swell enters under the bridge and wraps around? I have no idea lol

I was surfing there one day, and a guy fishing from the wall caught a shark, and hauled it in right in front of us. I surfed there a lot. It takes a low, slack tide. Occasionally, when it's huge outside, it breaks real nice. But.....there is that rock, right in the take off zone, that you need to miss. I was always watching, expecting somebody to jump off the bridge, but, I never saw that. It's a really spectacular place.
