Amazing sketchy session 😳 I'd like to add 2022 is the year of Mahina and her steely nerve documentarian filming as well as one of the best athlete interviewers/commentators for the pipe masters. Now a few more restaurants and county side for those of us who can't travel as much is this old man's only request.

This stuff sits somewhere at the junction of sport, exploration and dragon slaying. There are lots of different definitions of success in life but carving out an original one is a pretty rare trick, these two are onto something really special and it's a joy to be inside the cut line of the first 500k people to being paying attention. Thanks Nathan and Mahina for providing inspiration and being insanely brave!

I don’t write comments, but after a couple+ years of watching your extraordinary footage of you, Ivan and JJ fearlessly charging, I gotta say what a privilege it is to be able to witness these sessions - no less than elite athleticism. Oh, and never forget, marriage is a skill, an art. Kind of like, well, surf. And finally, your music is as it should be - pieces & tracks that probably represent your soul’s state as it blends with the particular place and conditions wherever you are paddling-out on the planet. There's really no words you can use to explain how a session like this feels to the rest of the world. Such an Iconic and eerie break but such incredible beauty at the same time. Amazing coastline. definitely something extra special about being in the middle of nowhere surfing amazing waves with nobody out. incredible session! and what a spectacular location, so different to the tropics or most regular surf spots.
Always appreciate what you share but this one made me indescribably happy. I could feel the jitters. Hands raised before the paddle. Inner child eager to approach this oh so familiar and wildly unknown turquoise. Alone and somehow not. Sharing this with the one held closest. Knowing she’s here for you. See’s you. View from inside barrells out there looks so sic with cliffs and windmills. Not many places in the world would have that sight. I love waves like this, you get awesome quick slab and couple of paddles and your back out there ready to hook into another one.

Wow this was awesome to watch..ASMR surfing video..my husband is an OG surfer in So Cal..back in the 70's, 80's, 90's until now, catching fun little waves on a sponge! WHAT is that beautiful music you used for this, want to get this for him..as his ancestors are from Scotland..
