A little off topic boys, but I REEEEEALLY enjoy your tip videos! Crossfader has definitely contributed to my growth as a DJ, but I really need y'all to tap into booth monitors! Cause every gig I run into a different setup, some great and others not so great making it hard to mix!
Thanks in advanced!
@crossfader I would like to see you guys make a video on how to use the Skaa set up on speakers. Like a tutorial on how to properly set it all up wirelessly.
Also if you could do a couple of scenarios in which the Skaa set up could be used. Please.
It’s as simple as connecting a transmitter such as the Dani to your DJ mixer and then connect the Streetheart which is featured in this video to your speakers. Make sure your within 50 meters or so and turn both on. The system bonds automatically however you can use the controls to change some of the settings. It’s a really simple system which is great!
@@Crossfader sounds simple enough
Man this is so much description and information. I feel like it has 100 features the amount of talking going on. Just show us how it works so we can move on
Been looking at wireless pro sound devices. Nice to see this coming out. I only wish it was XLR rather than 1/4 TRS. Definitely worth a look.
It's a great device, I can see why you'd want XLR connections the TRS allows the size to be kept down
If it’s a short run to the speaker(s), does it really matter?!!
Nice‼️🔊
Love it
Wicked
I love this chanel🙏
Thank you!
SAME👍
Whooohoooo!!
Hello! Thanks for the review. I’m considering this but wondering about audio dropouts in case the Dani & streetheart don’t have a clear line of sight signal transfer. What has your experience been with this?
I used it in my bedroom and connected to my speaker in the living room and it had no latency and no drop outs or delays! It’s stage ready!!
I found this video looking for a way to wirelessly play ceremony and cocktail music off my phone. Can I just connect this receiver to my speakers with short cable and somehow connect my phone wirelessly to play music? Or would I need a transmitter to do that? Or something else?
Where can you buy Skaa products in the UK?
I’m very confused so for my setup I want to run let’s say I have 4 powered speakers and two subs. Two powered speakers with subs in the front near my Dj booth and the other two speakers away from my booth. If I want to run low latency mode on the skaa should I get two transmitters one that my Dj mixer connects to and two receivers? Or should I get two transmitters and 4 skaa’s a-link plus hybrid receivers and transmitters on their site for the low latency.
hard wire your speakers by the booth. The transmitter has pass through outputs to hardwire close speakers. Use the receiver for the speakers further away.
The deciding factor will be to see if this solution is cheaper than it’s equivalent balanced wire length
Unfortunately it's not as cheap as a balanced cable, but for event DJs who want more flexibility without the hassle of running long cables, this is ideal! It's $250USD by the way :)
Wow
@crossfader Do you need to buy the receiver and transmitter if I don’t have Skaa speakers?
yes
Quick question. How do I get a universal sound? My mixes sound completely different from speaker system to speaker system.
That's odd, we can only imagine that your DJing on very different systems indeed. What is your usual set up controller wise?
Is it possible Connecting two powered subs with two powered tops ?
Yup works flawlessly!!
Can i review it
what is the total retail for both units
Their website says 249 each.
Ωραίο βίντεο
Thank you!
Would you mind if I can review from my subscribers?
What is the latency like?
Fixed 19ms in Pro mode!
How much is it and where do you get it from
$250, it's available direcly from Dillingerlabs
Why not do an actual demonstration? Sounds easy, but seeing it in action may convince more people to buy.
do they make a non-battery powered option?
wouldnt you just plug it in if you didn't want the battery
@@chriscapcik6780 says you might get some hum if you do that right in this video.
@@lucaslovesyouiii only if you plug into a usb on a device
We need more demonstration for power speakers show how to really work it..u talking doesn't matter anyway wireless😏
Connect a Skaa Pro transmitter like the Dani to your DJ mixer and then simply charge this and connect it to your speaker or amplifier of choice! It’s really simple to use!
nice product and many of us DJs are definitely interested, so why are you not telling us the price and where to get it right up front? Such a missed opportunity on your part - 5 stars for the product, 1 star for the sales pitch and review.
250 each. transmitter and reciever
Hmm not bad…
Waited the whole time to see it in use, nothing but talking..
We have demonstrated the Skaa system in use in the two other videos we have posted previously (links in description), thanks for the feedback though, we will look at showing it in future videos and shorts.
@@Crossfader watch both videos, no music just talking.. We need to see it and hear it. I'm currently using Alto wireless and its great up to 150ft. Very expensive and would like to see/hear a comparison.
@@TheRds797 Well this is more than alto. Transmitter and receiver is 250 so 500 dollars.
@@djerniet350 well the videos are clickbait
