      How so we split the screens in the sample tutorial? In the tutorial, the case scenario is over the question and text box.

    Do you get a paper pencil for rough work? In paper format there used to be separate box for rough calculations.

    • @FabianMoa

      Possibilities:
      1) Paper + pen
      2) plastic sheet/board + eraseable marker

    Hi Fabian, thanks so much for this. Hoping if you could please clarify the timer. Would the timer only have 'Total Time' remaining or does it have breakdown for each section as well? Thank you.

    • @FabianMoa
      @FabianMoa  Před 2 lety

      Just one timer that shows the 2 hours 12 minutes and counting down. There will be a timer of 30 minutes in between sessions.

    Hi Fabian, the tutorial is based on section and total time both being 15 mins
    If we jump around between vignettes, would the section time adjust accordingly or is there a possibility that the section time for the first section elapses if we attempt another case in the meantime i.e. its probably better to just do one case at a time and not leave any answers blank? Very confusing
    Would really appreciate your help on this. Thank you.

    • @FabianMoa
      @FabianMoa  Před 3 lety +1

      Timer (2 hours 15 minutes) will continue to run down regardless of which vignette you are doing (or scrolling to)

    For me the case scenarios in the AM exam are not opening separately on the left side. Instead i am having to click a button to view the question and close to go back to the answer text box.

    Hi Fabian, can we use the search function for the question stem?
    Also, Its kinda annoying they don't provide subsection points anymore. That's how I estimate how long to write.
    Looks like its 132min per section based on the CFA institute now.

    • @FabianMoa
      @FabianMoa  Před 3 lety

      Can't search with Ctrl + F.
      Ya, turns out to be 132 minutes now. Just found out a few days ago.
      Not sure why they removed the subsection points. But if you have tried the past year AM papers, you can quickly estimate the points for each subquestion
