INGREDIENTS

- Matcha powder, for dusting on top
Matcha Syrup
- 1/3 cup hot water (80 ml)
- 1/2 tbsp matcha powder
- 1/2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp dark rum, optional
Mascarpone Cream
- 2 1/2 tbsp mascarpone cheese (40 gr)
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream (60 ml)
- 1 tbsp confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 tbsp matcha powder
- 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
Milk Pour
- 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream (30 ml)
- 2 tbsp milk (30 ml)

- 1/3 cangkir air panas (80 ml)
- 1/2 sdm bubuk matcha
- 1/2 sdm gula pasir
- 1 sdm rum, opsional
Krim Mascarpone
2 1/2 sdm mascarpone (40 gr)
- 1/4 cangkir heavy whipping cream (60 ml)
- 1 sdm gula halus
- 1/2 sdm bubuk matcha
- 1/8 sdt ekstrak vanila
Siraman Susu
- 2 sdm heavy whipping cream (30 ml)
- 2 sdm susu cair (30 ml)
