Outdated I'd say :3 Lost a lot when they changed it so party hunting wasn't good anymore since we had all the buffs so no matter what party constellation we had the missing buff :3
yeh, they really need a buff, but to start with why the fk cant u jump when casting tempest or mile aiguilles? why xenon can? makes no sense at all. shadow partner would be amazing for phantom though, quite a nice implementation.

The use of the Cygnus Garden as an outro. Definitely one of my fav tracks from the whole MapleStory along with Shattered Time and Above the Treetops.
As someone who has mained Phantom many times in different worlds/servers, I think he needs a lot of quality of life upgrades at the very LEAST. While he definitely deserves damage buffs and such, getting to 200 is such an awful experience. From a long list of QoL changes, I think something that would help significantly is allowing Phantoms to steal skills from other Phantoms. Finding certain classes to steal skills is from is a scavenger hunt and a goose chase (especially without a Hyper TP Rock). There are so many Phantoms compared to the classes that people tend to steal from; finding a Cannon Master is awful without connections, but I think being able to steal the stolen skills from other Phantoms would be a nice change that isn’t overpowered/meta changing. Also lemme jump with Mille and flash jump with Tempest >:(

I feel like Phantom (and Kinesis) are the classes with the coolest concepts, but with the worst executions

I've made and deleted kinesis so many times but in the end it wasn't my class, having a lot of fun with mihile though lol

Kinesis is fun when you get used to all that micro management, definitely not for everyone tho.
Jack of All Trades, but Master of None. Sad that Phantom hasn't really been shown any love in years. Was my main before I quit Maple and I enjoyed it. Just hated being out dps'ed by all of my friends and guildmates constantly.
I just wish they'd revamp him to only steal buffs and have actual good, cool attacks with his staff / cards.

Buff Phantom Please ! I would really like if Phantom can have a wider Tempest like Blaster Tornado like skill. Cos some platforms that are high, Phantom Tempest is frustrating low.
And if Tempest and Mille Aquiles can be casted even if jump attack (like Captain's hold down skill as during Von Bon I need to stop Mille Aquiles) to avoid the boss jump attack. Also there's a long cold down I need to wait for Tempest. So this would increase Phantom already low dps.
If there's an activation skill as an Hyper, or as a Toggle on for Mille Aguilles that would be good to help reduce to attack from six mobs to concentrate to 3 mobs only and increasing the base of Phantom strike.
So for example if phantom does 300% dmg to 6 mobs. That's a potential of 300 * 6 = 1800.
So what if Phantom can have a toggle on skill that allows to hit 3 mobs instead. At a 75% buff.
So now u deal 300 X 1.75 = 525%dmg for Mille Aquiles to 3 mobs and make Phantom a better bosser.
I hope one day Nexon can make this changes.

just want to point out, you dont really use arrow platter before you get good boost nodes since it won't do any damage otherwise

Phantom is okish, not good not bad. I've played Phantom purely with Phantom atk skills and only made use of the stolen buff skills, which were the following: rage, holy symbol and sharp eyes. For me still the worst class to play at the moment is probably Mercedes.
been missing streams, real sad that i missed my main boi phantom, you should've used the pathfinder combo, skill macro burst into deluge for broken mobbing dmg man, also, for early game, sharp eyes is also a good steal for mobbing dmg
but anyways, frozen orb requires real heavy funding to mob with
also, shadow partner won't solve everything, phant still lacks an innate upjump in this day and age, and the tele is so outdated

I got a phantom to lv 210 for the link skill. Thank God for those level up potions in the neo shop for 5k gem points. Never touching phantom again....never

Honestly this scares me? For buffs to explorers they will probably do something to balance out on phantom's side such as turning things into unsteal-able passives like what we have gotten before 🤷🏻♀️ never know it's gnna be a buff or a nerf... but still, let's just hope for the best 🤣

How to rework Phantom: Remove his base attacking skills and make him only able to steal attacks.
Here, now he would be unique in his own way, without the need to make him weaksauce due to being able to steal powerful buffs.

i always disagree when people say to use stolen skills for grinding. Phantom main skills are good for grinding.
shrout walk combined with penombre and mille aiguilles are all you need. I never use tempest for grinding tbh. it's really slow and take an awfull long time to get to maximum size
why is phantom weak? He has so much final damage. final cut, dark knight's buff, and his own passives give final damage too
