Dean Forest Railway ride behind 0-6-0 pannier tank No. 9681 in May 1992

We see 0-6-0 pannier tank No. 9681 arrive at Norchard Low Level on the Dean Forest Railway in May 1992 and run round its train. We then move to Lydney Lakeside (later St Mary's Halt) which, at that time, was the limit of public running. 9681 thenbegins the return journey towards Norchard. In Lydney town centre we cross the former main A48 road with no sign of the since-reconstructed Lydney Town station.
