I can tell that you wish to grow your channel, so may I suggest involving yourself in more collaborations, if you don't already. I applaud you for doing the chocolate filling the "old fashioned" way, as well as the rest of the pie. It all looks delicious. The coffee liquor is a great addition. I use coffee liquor in some of my baking as well. And yes, in coffee cake. How could you not use coffee liquor in coffee cake? LOL Hope to see you in more collaborations and success for your channel. You can make the crust in under 30 minutes and the filling will take about the same amount of time. The longest time is letting it cool in the refrigerator prior to serving.
