I love the pink/ purple, but I do think maybe the grips flipped to pink on the black side of the bar would pop more. But that’s just me! Really cool features on the frame too!
Only video I've seen from you guys or the fixie scene in general but really cool how similar the scene is to the bmx scene. Would love to give fixie riding a go for general cruising and inevitable freestyle fails.
reminds me a ton of my Milwaukee bruiser v1, the v2 actually has a bent seat tube which is more reminiscent of the courtek cutout. just wish the v1 could clear bigger than 35c 😮💨 super clean build tho
Tip that I love for installing or removing grips, just give a splash of isopropyl alcohol on the inside and slide it on. The isopro just evaporates then 🎉
There is nothing wrong with clamping the frame in the stand. The only thing you should be careful of is to make sure there's nothing stuck in the rubber that could scratch the frame. Other than that, there is no damage clamping tour frame could cause
It actually doesn’t matter if you clamp the seat tube as long as you keep the clamp clean or if you’re worried put a rag on it!! As a bike mechanic this it’s pretty common to clamp from the seat tube
Wow. this thing is actually really swanky. in my mind it picks up where the Volume Thrasher left off, and takes what we've learned across MTB and BMX and integrates it nicely. Hope it feels better over time, and you get a chance to render a positive review.

a tip for the handle grips: spray hair lacquer in them and then they can be pushed on without any problems and hold after drying bombproof.

You can definitely clamp steel frames, you don’t want to clamp carbon frames. Super sick build tho!!
