They are social butterflies. Birds are so cute when they are chatty and start head bobbing.
My budgie is showing signs of mimicking human speech and I'm soo damn excited... He looks alil like Kiwi. So far I have heard him say "wat u doin". We play kiwi and pixels video's to him everyday and he loves it he flies over to where im seated and comes to have a closer look. Thankyou Kiwi you beaut all this is down to you!! Love you cutie!!!

I heard that if you have more than one budgie, you'll never be able to teach them to talk. And long time ago I visited someone's home and they had two budgies in a cage and the owner told me before we had two of them we only had the yellowish green one and he could talk a few words and even short phrases, but he stopped talking when we put the other one in the cage with him.
Generally true. You need to start with one to teach it to talk, and keep reinforcing it after you get the other budgie.
I love how kiwi does constantly bump up his head against pixel and pixel seems to not mind it as if it actually used to it and he is a male too! I do have 2 budgies, a male and female, even though they're a male and female, each time my male budgie do that to the female, she just goes all aggressive and bites him.
they're both too young to be in a mating process, and yet are in their first molying period si I'm guessing their behaviour is a result of that

It always puzzles me how they try to feed each other when they don’t seem to have any food in their beaks. Do they actually regurgitate in order to feed each other? Or are they just playing pretend? Lol.
Sometimes they do, and sometimes it's just prosocial behavior.
Kiwi and Pixel the Parakeets my male zebra finch actively fed his hen when she was injured and unable to fly. Birbs are amazing ❤️
if they love each other a lot, they will feed each other. not sure if it's mated pair behavior or not though. even though they're both boys, parakeets can be homosexuals (i had two males that loved each other and fed each other like this)
