yeah mk11 is just slightly too slow, but new players think this is the fastest there is.
MK10 was my first MK game and I got so used to it that MK11 just feels awful to play personally

Sub Zero is the best if you ask me, he was the first Mortal Kombat character I knew and my favorite ever since unlike Scorpion’s overrated self.

I miss mkx mechanics. miss the mix-ups, variation in combos, and the running mechanics, not to mention nj2. Wish MK11 had all that with just some of their new stuff. Mk11 is good but mkx is still king imo. could yall imagine mkx with the upgraded graphics?
Mkx was ok but there was pretty much zero neutral and all the mechanics favored aggression over good defense. Ultimately it’s a taste thing but if you want that kind of 100% aggro gameplay there are already many fighting games tailored for that.

@Maciek Burkat Although I like mk11 significantly less than mkx I don't find alot of your statement to be completely true. Button mashing will pretty much get you no where against someone that Knows how to play and fatal blows if just throw out will wiff or get blocked by competent players. Krushing blows i'll agree can be annoying tho. And I feel like alot of the characters youre referring to as busted are only really so on a higher level, balancing overall really isn't as bad as some games, but I do think they should be more consistent on the number of slots a type of move should take up such as teleports, whether it's 1 or 2 slots. but most teleports are very easy to punish if you're paying attention.
@Maciek Burkat Always has been lol. Just find whatever fun you can out of it. If not, you could you know, take a break or leave. SF is real ass with the execution.

I love watching super his voice is super relaxing for some reason
I think my biggest critque of mk11 would be that the characters feel so much weaker than im mkx and even tho the "pick and choose your moves" system is kinda cool it also means that imo all the characters lack an identity that the mkx characters had. Think of takeda for example, all of the variations emphasized a different part of his kit and they all felt unique In mk11 since you only ever change up to 3 or so moves, all the variations feel fairly samey. Its a bit sad
