Putting our time and effort in activities and investments that will yield a profitable return in the future is what we should be aiming for. Success depends on the actions or steps you take to achieve it.
Starting early is the best way of getting ahead to build wealth, investing remains a priority. The stock market has plenty of opportunities to earn a decent payouts, with the right skills and proper understanding of how the market works.
Venturing into the bitcoin without an adequate orientation with a professional broker for accurate signals, you might lose all your hard-earned money
Binary trading is a good and reliable way of building wealth which also create opportunities for crypto Believers.
I'm into Real Estate, but I took the decision to invest in the Crypto market and have been getting good returns on my investments. The market is also an effective way to grow wealth.
After watching several CZcams tutorial videos about trading I am still making losses, please I seek for a better website.
The guy who bought the Long Island house is the real deal. Had fuck you money, restored a national treasure, carved out his own space for him to live in, and rents out the other rooms to relive the gatsby vibe.
I think it would be great fun to stay there for a few days.
Wasn't "Royal Pains" filmed @ Oheka Castle?
@@nancyomalley6286 I don't know if the interior scenes were actually filmed at Oheka Castle, but there was exterior footage of the estate that was used for Royal Pains.
Agreed!
The house in the thumbnail is actually a mansion in South Africa, built by a man called Douw Steyn, he built the house on the 18th hole of a golf course he designed, in a town that he owns, called Steyn City.
Thank you. I clicked on the thumbnail hoping to find that aqua duct. The Palazzo Steyn is more my style.

Not sure where our host learned real estate appraisal but the Arden House was sold in 2011 for $6.5 million. Slightly less than the "Hundreds of Millions" he suggests. I would say it should certainly be worth more, that is until the non profit that purchased it defiled the beautiful mansion by adding one of the most hideous conference rooms known to man. Also there are definitely no yachts sailing in Cranberry Lake or Forest Lake behind the estate. It would be a vey short trip around either lake. Maybe a few rowboats or canoes.
Love the Biltmore house…we have even had a private tour from the roof to the basement! Magnificent!
Successful people don't become that way overnight. most people you see as a glance-wealth, a great career, purpose-is the result of hard work and hustle over time. I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life..
I understand the fact that tomorrow isn't promised to anyone, but investing today is a hard thing to do for me now because I have no idea of how and where to invest in.I would be happy if you could advise me based on how you went about yours, as I am ready to go the passive income path.?.
@Bryan I need guide so i can salvage my port-folio due to the massive dips and come up with better strategies. How can one reach this advisor?
Don’t wait until the market skyrocket again then you start biting your fingers wishing you made the decision to invest. bought my third house already, earn on a monthly through passive income and got 4 out of 5 goals, just hope it encourages someone that it doesn’t matter if you don’t have any of them right now, you can start TODAY regardless your age INVEST and change your future! Investing in the financial market is a grand choice I made.
Yo! Definitely you are right. You took the truth right out of my mouth. A lot of these new investors fail to acknowledge that guidance is paramount to make profit from the market until they learn the hard way. Quite a pity
Money is not success

I truly agree with you on that,
I must say crypto is the future and with the way Bitcoin is climbing so high it's really advisable for people to invest now.

Biltmore Estate actually took 5 years to construct after George Washington Vanderbilt, William Morris Hunt & Frederick Law Olmsted spent about 3 years traveling the world, designing & redesigning it. There are thousands of drawings & communications back & forth stored in the Octagon Museum from the three. ❤️🙏
I've been there three times (well worth the expense) but never had a clear answer on how long it took to build it. It seems to depend on when you start timing: the research, the industries to fabricate various parts of the chateaux, etc. Are you saying it took only two years between the first shovel of dirt disturbed until it was ready (in part) for moving in?
@@platoman214 They give a detailed explanation in the "Rooftop Private Tour" - which is pretty expensive, but well worth it.
You learn the price of the house's construction during the 1890s, the amount of time it took to build the house, you get to see some of the 4th floor and the scale model of the house on that floor, you get to walk along the back balcony, and you get to look at the attic and walk above the grand staircase.
Also, the estate used to be 100,000 acres - but 90,000 acres were sold/given to the US government for conservation by George Vanderbilt's wife after he died (on his behest).
The house on the thumbnail is a house in South Africa
The largest private home in the United States is Biltmore Estate. The Biltmore Estate in Asheville, North Carolina, is the largest home in the U.S. and comes in at a staggering 175,000 square feet. The character that is in the house will always be 1st in my mind. I've been there many times and it is always my family's favorite.
Wow... That house must be a village
Woopy for
I've been there once, and I would love to go again. The setting is as magnificent as the house.
I was raised in Statesville N.C and I’ve been there too. It’s incredible ♥️♥️
I agree with you completely. But it was turned into a museum so I think thats why its not number one for residential anymore.
The video title is "the biggest mansions in America" but you chose to use the thumbnail picture of the South African mansion. That mansion is in Steyn City estate in Johannesburg, RSA.

That's sad, ignorant, or both. If they got that wrong, what else is also wrong? I am pretty sure that he is pronouncing Siegel incorrectly. Obviously this wasn't researched thoroughly. Can I believe anything they say?
I’m closing in on my retirement and I’d like to move from Minnesota to a warmer climate, but the prices on homes are stupidly ridiculous and Mortgage prices has been skyrocketing on a roll(currently over 7%) do I just invest my spare cash into stock and wait for a housing crash or should I go ahead to buy a home anyways

I’d Definitely Have to say Biltmore! I’ve been there & he’s Right,. Words can’t even begin to explain it! We spent 2-3 hours just out in the gardens! It’s an Unbelievable Mansion! I’d definitely live there!!! To me,. It’s in a class all by itself! If/when I Win the lottery I’m building a miniature version of that mansion!!! Beautiful
Yes very tasteful. Not like those big goddy houses that remind me of houses at cemeteries that you bury people
You know, when you win the lottery Jim, there is a home in Colorado that was built in the spirit of Biltmore. It’s for sale for either 10 or 12 million! I’ll get you a link as it IS a beautiful home ~ I’m in love with it! ❤️

That is what I said too.

So what! can the rest of us be captivated by these mansions being talked about instead of focusing on technical crap. You people must be great at parties.

Yup
Same to you
Things dont bring u joy but love! So sad when u see so many homeless! I agree life is too short. Altho they could stay inside & never get shot!
The Biltmore is for sure one of the greatest. Nice video
true
I’m from North Carolina! I went to see Biltmore when the Downton Abbey exhibit came!!!! It was AMAZING! They rebuilt the kitchen & dining room sets, they had the bell room on display. They had costumes & jewelry & props. All among the backdrop of Biltmore! It was terribly romantic & illustrious! Wow what a gorgeous home!
My wife's cousin was the house musician for the Biltmore Estate for many years, and still plays occasionally as he has retired from full time music.
The Biltmore is amazing. I like that they talked about the Biltmore estate in N C. That Castle is unique with it's history !
Personally, I love the Arden House, but you can't go wrong with the Biltmore.
Every room I entered at Biltmore I said "Oh THIS is my favourite fireplace!" 'No hang on, THIS one is even better!"..I did that with every room! The staircase is the most beautiful of any building I have been to throughout the world. Just stunning. My Mum, back in Australia loves Christmas ,so I bought her a stunning hard cover book on Biltmore at Christmas? I was there in February but would fly another 16,000 kilometres to see it at Christmas!!
How are your you doing today
@@suzyfarnham3165 I heard visiting Biltmore at Christmas time is truly magical
the palace in the thumbnail is called Palazzo Steyn, It's in South Africa
Mundain things will never suffice if one does not have love, peace and health.
Tell me you can’t afford to build a house without telling me: 18 years later the house is still not done.
*I remember " VERSAILLES"!.. I was rooting for them! - So glad they can FINISH NOW!- They got me when they went shopping AT WALMART!😁💛💛💛💛💛
Them home was damage bye the storm IAN. The floors was damage. The Versailles is still under construction.
I pick #1. The Biltmore Estate, that is by far my favorite. After that it would be #4
Why would one family need this much space.
The robbers can just stay in the home and they would go unnoticed for 20 years .
correction: robbers and pedos
Haha that was inventive 😂
lmao
Most likely the pedos are the owners
Facts. But then again if I was this wealthy and had a mansion like one if these mansions I would literally have all my family members and close friends work for me and live with me in my huge mansion on a bunch of land.
The Biltmore house I will take it any day been there several times growing up that house is beyond amazing in person videos and pictures does not do justice it is massive every room everything was built with big there's so much detail in every single thing was not forgotten
The Biltmore estate is truly amazing. All of these are gorgeous. I’m not crazy about the “One” but it was his vision and has many marvelous things. When I think of beautiful mansions I think of places such as Biltmore etc.
How are you doing today
@Hello Candy Berg , How are you doing?
He lost it the One. It went into foreclosure. It sold for 140 million. He lost his backside
@@reneemallicone6349 oh okay, can we talk and know each other more and better if you dont mind being my friend
The pic you used as your cover pic is not an American mansion but it is Douw Steyn's palazzo located in South Africa Far North of Johannesburg, tht is the reason i clicked to view the video🙏
yups same here....klick baits😑
Bit misleading coz it's in South Africa
Haha. Guess his ploy worked 🤓😂
Wow Biltmore is an absolute monster. I bet they converted it to a museum as a tax dodge, since the taxes and upkeep on that place alone would be massive. And if I were a rich person today I would rather have a bunch of smaller houses and condos around the world than one massive house with 35 bedrooms in the middle of nowhere. lol
It is done like a village with shops and restaurants. The upkeep would be huge and the family decided to open it to the public rather than sell it and have someone subdivide it. I think they have done an amazing job to hold onto it when so many others have been torn down or left to rot?? I flew from Australia to see it and I wasn't disappointed at all. Of every Vanderbilt mansion still standing..I have seen them all. Biltmore is my absolute favourite of them all. You sound a tad bitter?? It was George Vanderbilt's dream to put his house there and NOT follow all the rest to Newport RI. He loved the solitude and peace?? Good on him. What he left for all of us lucky enough to have actually been there..is an absolute masterpiece.
@@suzyfarnham3165 I've visited Biltmore 4 times in the last 25 years. Each time is beyond my expectations remembering how I felt when I entered the massive gates looking for the house? Suddenly turned to the right and OMG.....the house, the views! To this day I still remember my complete awe of this massive home. If some of the posters here haven't visited this magnificent home and grounds, it's time to put this one on their bucket list while traveling. A most memorable trip each time I've been there! Incredible John Singer Sargent paintings and many paintings, sculpture by world renowned artists, tapestries and the size of this house is a masterpiece from another time....well worth the visit!
i agree hideous i prefer the arden estate
Can't imagine wanting a house that size. Think of maintenance staff needed not to mention electric.
Nope my dream would be a cozy mountain cabin, no neighbors, no noise, no crime. Snow in winter, smell of pine trees in summer. Just have to watch out for the wild life, who probably behave better than the crazies in calif, Chicago, Michigan or new york
Just couldn't fit them all in. Lol anyone that wants to live a quiet life in the woods, obviously doesn't want to be in any crowded city
❤ I had no idea that America had such an immaculate mansion. Good to know.❤
I would say The Biltmore and Hearst Castle are the closest thing that America ever had to real castles like in Europe!

Mega real estate deals 💰
First time I heard of the Biltmore estate i was watching castles of North America. Immediately I fell in love with this unique and marvelous structure. Have not been lucky enough to visit but is on my bucket list. I am so glad that it is a museum so others can enjoy this lavishness. 💥
It’s an amazing property and a great place to visit. Everything is over the top gorgeous. There is a working vineyard on property with wine tasting. We purchased several bottles and we enjoyed every one very much. Highly recommend you visit when you can.

Loved seeing the interiors of some of these mansions, but there was so much stock footage from other houses used that it was hard to know whether I was looking at the house that was featured or parts of other luxury houses. Would recommend a review of the videos before publishing -- there were lots of typographical errors and problems with narration.

It’s funny that someone would spend all that money to have this “luxurious” house and not spend the money to fix the pitted driveway.

Went to the Biltmore Estate when I was a kid. It was a MAMMOTH place! Especially as a kid walking around there. I remember especially the grand staircase & that pool room inside. I also remember (kinda) this courtyard like place where we ate and/or had ice cream 🍦

I went a few years ago. I need to go back in the fall.

Visited the Biltmore. Amazing. Breath taking.
The 2nd house, called THE ARDEN ESTATE, Was built by, the owner of the Union Pacific. In closing, At the time of his death MR EH Harriman controlled the Union Pacific, the Southern Pacific, the Saint Joseph and Grand Island, the Illinois Central, the Central of Georgia, the Pacific Mail Steamship Company, and the Wells Fargo Express Company. Estimates of his estate ranged from
$500 million to $675 Million. That fortune was left entirely to his wife.
That's quite a fortune going to one person.

All I keep thinking about is the monumental amount of cleaning required.

WOW !! OH MY GOD THIS IS BEAUTIFUL !!
Yeah inspite of 10 000 wine bottles, THE ONE was foreclosed on and sold off at an auction for only 127 million dollars. And even at a QUARTER of its original price, only 6 people in the entire world put in bids. It was a monumental failure that didnt even cover half of its debts to various contractors.
Shameful.

Biltmore also has a vineyard & dairy farm. At least it did when I visited some years ago.
They closed the dairy farm down and turned it into the winery. I worked there for 2 1/2 years. 🍇
Hi, Uh, how much for just the room over the garage or in the corner of the barn? Any more is just too much maintenance, upkeep & property tax. It would never get used except by freeloaders. Someone could live there years and go un-noticed by the owners.

Amazing, wonder how many full time workers it takes at each place to maintain?
My question when seeing the wonderful dining hall, with the three fireplaces, who does all the dusting, and HOW?
The Christmas tree in the Biltmore dining room is so enormous ordinary ornaments like what we use would disappear. They wrap empty boxes that contained things like toasters and coffee makers.
Each of the 3 kitchens is bigger than the average American house. One each for pastry and roasting, and the main kitchen. I live less than 3 hours away and have visited a few times. It's truly the most beautiful and incredible man-made thing I've ever seen.
Arden House is my favorite

Those insane houses are money pits..millionaires do not want to buy other people dream homes ...and are resold for a fraction of what they cost to build!
Wow..just wow
I live on Long Island just minutes away from Oheka castle. It was at one point a military academy and for a long time it sat vacant. As mentioned it is now a hotel with reasonable rates of $400 a night. Well reasonable for Long Island. Quite breathtaking. And Biltmore is another product of Long Island. The Vanderbuilt name is well known here as Grandpa started the business. That's his son's home. The grandson spent all his money on women, travels, yachts, cars and alcohol and his "mansion" (also on Long Island) is quite modest in comparison.
I'll take them ALL...THANK YOU..AS TO SAY THEY WILL BE ALL MINE SOON...
"The One" has been in the news quite a bit lately. It's been foreclosed on. Still trying to sell it, I think. I can't understand the need for any of these mansions. Even if I could afford this, it's just not me. Log cabin, fishing lake that's clear and clean to swim and fish in....yep. But, I'd love to take tours of them all. Gorgeous pictures
