Such unimaginable wealth can only last a lifetime. But I can imagine our Intelligent Creator asking him why wasn't he more charitable with all that money he had. Time streaks by like lightning. Seems like yesterday I remember my mother pushing me in a baby carriage. Today, I'm 95. So, I know how fast the accounting will come.
God bless you, and keep you.
May He make His Countenance to shine upon you, and give you Peace.
May you live all of the days He has for you, and inspire you to trust Him.
I miss my father greatly, and hope that you have loved ones that care.
@@foreverealm Thank you. Heavenly Father has blessed me all my life. I will leave a large loving family (all love each other, too). He can't have many more days left for me. haha.
I'm glad you're still here. 👍
Amazing omg
Beautiful
Great video however isn't the mansion in the thumbnail Ira Rennerts which is in Sagaponack, NY? Which wasn't in this video?
So two of these houses were where the idea for The Great Gatspy came from? I'm starting to think these scripts aren't proofread.
I agree with you Ma'am.. how are you?
It’s mostly horse manure!

why are shots of the Pethericks convent shown around 19.00 and 19.10 plus the convent chapel
Why are you stealing clips from the chateau channels? Ripoff of content. They arent even amwrican houses
I live in Asheville and the Biltmore house is an amazing house to visit … During the summer they hav concerts in the gardens …
Good to see that one in my back yard in New York #history
These houses are luxurious and elegance created by a master piece and Craftsman designer with a brush in there hand. Absolutely perfect 👍. I'm a drafting and major in general designed including mechanical , architectural , electrical and interior designed. Everytime you turn your pages in different houses on this nothing I can say these houses are created by Gifted people..❤❤❤

The castle estates were built by the tartarians. They were star forts.
These were capacitors generating energy.
The ionosphere.
Ssssh....don't need the plebs trying to think ......let alone critically .

The Modern Versailles is this and much more. It is breathtaking, and imagine yourself living in this chateau, you realize the great size. You need a staff to run this home. Yep, from cooking to a carriage ride, all is at hand. The chess set is nothing to boast about until you learn it was Napoleon Bonaparte’s. Every square inch is lovingly cared for by the staff. Well worth a visit, but allow a few say’s to cover it all. It took nearly half an hour once you enter the estates grounds to the house.
They are so very lucky
Great video, Luxury Zone team. Inspirational. These architectural designs are masterpieces of art. The Modern Versailles is a dream that actually came true for it's owner. We heard about it 20 years ago & watched the documentary. We would like to visit the Versailles one day in the future. Happy holidays * Sally & Alexander &Australian Parakeets Stars
Biltmore House is best
I'm still puzzling over how anyone could think that "The Patriot" is not a great movie?
It's not. It's Mel Gibson trying to be William 'Braveheart' Wallace again, but during the American Revolution.
A lot of the shots for Oheka Castle are of the Petherick`s convent restoration in France. I wonder if Billy knows about this.
19.02 mins is a Convent in France.
These houses are incredible. I’d have a hard time picking which one to live in 😂😂😂
You like me hard choice. LOL LOL LOL 😂😂😂😂
houses are ok but they are not homes; just a sign of someone personal unhappiness trying to compensate it with "big mansions"
Impressive and spectacular places.
Books for library go in original language, form and state, of course.

That forth was supposed to be a house in the United States. Why is it the Patrick's property in France which is in abandoned convent that's being remodeled?
GREAT JOB ALL...THANX 4 MAKING Tee with LIONS NAMED LEO the music worldwide.
LOVE YOU ALL...!!!....MUCH LOVE.!!
AND SOOOO NEEDLESS....AND WASTE FUL..
This. Houses. Look like My House LOL LOL 😂😂
Stop stealing footage from French vlogs of renovating a Convent. Not cool at all.
Wow for these extravagant mansions and their creators!! But I can't listen to the audio descriptions, it ruined everything.
All that space and we have homeless people. Such a shame.
This site does not deserve respect due to stealing content from other vlogs on youtube, not cool at all.
I thought the Biltmore was one of the best I just had to wait to theyend.

Inhabitants use rollerskates to get around?
Houses that big, why?
Because they can. Lol.
1:12 I didn't know any average Joes had 20,000 square foot homes.
Harbor Hill is 80,000 sq ft. You say that's more than 60,000 larger than the average home....um that's like 77,000 sq ft larger. Do better😮
Just like My House 😂😂😂
А этот дом вообще неиспользовался только кажется в одном двух фильмах.Один о девушке типа фотографе.
Arden house is owned by a Chinese man who lives in and is a citizen of China. He has Arden house listed as a non-profit so he pays no taxes on it! Why is this country allowing non-citizens of the US to own such lavish properties and pay no taxes?! If we did what other countries do and tax non-citizens to the max we wouldn't have this issue. We should also not allow non-citizens to have a non-profit here. That would end the problem. They can't apply for a non-profit here but they can buy them from a US citizen who has already established a non-profit and that's how they get around it. The US should also not allow that. Can you imagine the taxes on Arden house? Yet, he pays nothing in taxes and I bet that place sits empty until he wants to use it. I don't believe for one minute that it's used as either a conservation center or conference center unless the man who owns it is in the country using it. Then he can say that he's conferencing there.
What is the with the fake accent?
How much does it cost to run a home that large the electric bill alone must be ridiculously high
Never mind - they do not pay electric bill.
That’s not fair as wealthy people should have to pay for electricity like everyone else
They didn’t pay nothing
80,000 square feet is 60,000 bigger than the average Joe's?
The "Modern Versailles" house is a hideous, tacky monstrosity that looks like it was designed by a junior high student with a cad program (some of the interiors shown aren't even from that house). It's also on a ridiculously small lot (for such a large house).
Biltmore Estate was not the Vanderbilt "family" home, but the home of George Washington Vanderbilt, his only child (daughter Cornelia), and her descendant (the Cecils). It was never the family home of the rest of the Vanderbilt family.
And Biltmore is still IN the family unlike their homes in Newport and elsewhere. The estate was built to be self-sufficient from the git-go, and they have adjusted to changing times successfully. It's an amazing house to tour, and their wine is pretty tasty!
@@oldtop4682 I've been there quite a few times. Unfortunately, I think their commercial success has had some negative impacts. Last time I was there they had a bunch of big tents set up int he Italian garden for some event. And the wine tasting room used to be in the old milking barn, and you could see the original stencilled roof trusses, but that has all been reconfigured now so you can't recognize the original dairy structures anymore. Also, the horse stables next to the house were originally left in tact, but now they have all been converted into shops.
@@daniel_sc1024 That's sad. My last visit was about 10 years ago - things have changed and not all for the better I guess.
@@oldtop4682 On the other hand, they've managed to keep it in the family, so its not al bad news.
The exterior of the modern Versailles is really ugly.
*This is such a visually inaccurate trainwreck: 5% legit pics of the homes mixed with 95% irrelevant and deceptive stock footage.* 🤢
WW2 Wasn't happening in America ?
This is ridiculous to live like this no one needs a home this large .I’m not jealous but I don’t think it’s practical to live like that
I feel the same how many poor people did the stepped on to get this my goodness how many would have a better live....I don't mean just get them to at least be above poverty
Things broke people say
@@ChrisSkaggs-ks8oyNo things people say with common sense no body needs that much unnecessary space. If you look at history of alot mansions they eventually are abandoned or torn down or turned into tourist attractions because the upkeep is very expensive
I was thinking the same thing. Maybe as an investment but who would buy it if you tried to sell it ? Even if I was a billionaire I would never buy anything like this. Upkeep and maintenance has to be insane.
They didn’t build anything they was the new inhabitants after the last reset
😭 dont brokan moon ok mr sir musk .🌹❤️🌎🇷🇺👑️🥰🥰💜️💜️

Your AI screwed up and took the Pethericks film footage. You better delete it.
could stand the script and commentator, had to stop first house; tried to be cute, clever, funny; but it was not, just give us the facts
Hahaha. Not jealous of any of these monstrosities.
I’d rather live in a yurt.
when making these videos I wish what I call filler interior and exterior shots of other homes would not be interjected---Stick to the residence itself---Finished or not---Who in the world in this day and age would want to live in 50 60 or 90 thousand sq ft-?--Having lived in 10 thousand sq ft had it's drawbacks
what are some are the drawbacks of 10,000sq
Like stealing from the Pethericks vlog of their renovation of a Convent in France, from 18:50 to 19:00 and 19:09 to 19:21, not cool at all.
@@derrickmack1029I would assume gas bill, electric bill, real estate taxes, upkeep, maintenance and walking through corridors daily. And you're probably going to want to get a really expensive security system for a house that large.
