    A real estate school is an educational institute dedicated to teaching you the state-required educational material needed to become a real estate agent. Students can complete courses in exchange for a certificate of their education, which is required to take the state exam. When students pass the state exam, they will receive their real estate license.
    Real estate school is an important educational requirement to receiving your real estate license. Since you have to enroll in a real estate school, what will it be like and what can you expect?
    Each school has its own unique approach to educating students on the required material. However, every school will follow the same, state-required educational curriculum. Most institutions are online real estate schools that allow their students to take their courses entirely online. While others offer hybrid programs of in-class training and online education.
    CA Realty Training is unique in offering students an in-class experience that will supplement their online education by letting experienced real estate agents lead students through real-world examples. This course is designed to give students an understanding of how to become successful real estate agents as well as giving them the required, state-required educational material.
    Now that we know how a real estate school is structured, what is the curriculum like?
    A real estate school's curriculum will be similar. In California, every student must pass 3-required courses: Real Estate Practice, Real Estate Principles, and one elective course. These are the fundamental courses that cover all the topics on the California Real Estate Salesperson State Exam.
    When a student completes each course from their real estate school, they will be rewarded a certificate of completion that proves their understanding of the state-required educational material. When they have 3-certificates, they can move forward to the State Exam.
    And that's how a real estate school works. If you would like to try out a real estate school for FREE, CA Realty Training has a sneak peek session that shows you how you can start your new real estate career.

      This is a good question. Classes are taken one at a time. So, you're taking practice, principles, and finance, you will start with (for example) practice. When you're done with practice, you will start principles, and so on. Hope this helps and let me know how courses go! This might be a stupid question, if I go to real estate school am I going to have to write essays and stuff like a traditional school? Or is it more like just strictly lecturing/taking notes and getting ready for the test?

    • @USRealtyTraining
      @USRealtyTraining  Před 3 lety +4

      There's no stupid questions, Brandon! Always remember that if you have this question, chances are someone else does too. Your second idea is more like the what you can expect.
      Our training sessions have a real estate trainer who will lecture on the topic mixed with personal anecdotes of how they practice real estate. This will set you up to take notes on what you can expect in your real estate career and the important topics covered in class. Then, you can find your eBooks, quizzes, and tests on your online student dashboard. There's no homework or essays, but if you feel compelled to assign your own homework & essays, I'm sure it will only help you. (:
      Hope this helps and please let me know if you're interested in enrolling. I'm always happy to help.

      It depends where are you located if your in California in the Los angles area at a community college my sac college do produce those classes all you need a 3 classes and you earn a certificate and then you take your state exam after that

    I have a question, once you get your certificates and licence what do you with them. I'm asking because I'm in college now, but I'm also interested in real estate, but I'm not sure what to expect with the licence.

    • @USRealtyTraining
      @USRealtyTraining  Před 3 lety +9

      The certifications are verification that you completed the academic requirement to become a real estate agent. So, when you have those certificates, you can mail them (along with your application and few other documents) to the Department of Real Estate (DRE). Then, when your application is approved, you can schedule your State Exam through the DRE. Once you pass the State Exam, the DRE will you mail you a license. After you have your license, you can then work as a real estate agent at a brokerage. Essentially call up a brokerage to schedule an interview - they're always looking for new recruits!
      In shorts, this is what the journey looks like:
      1. Enroll in an accredited real estate program
      2. Get your 3 certificates (complete the 3 course requirements)
      3. Apply for the State Exam
      4. Schedule State Exam
      5. Pass the State Exam/Get Your License
      6. Interview with a brokerage!
      Hope that cleared some things up. Let me know if you have any other questions! I'm happy to help.

      You don't necessarily need to study before you enroll. Most schools, especially our school, gives you material that anyone can pick up and start learning right away. There's a few things you can start doing to lay the ground work for your business.
      The number one thing you should start doing right now is to start telling everyone that you're going to real estate school to become a real estate agent. Start creating your database of contacts NOW and start reaching out to connect with them. That way, when you have your license, you are miles ahead of the game.
      We did a tremendous interview with Mitch Stein of Keller Williams College Park in Upland, CA. The reason why he had the success he did was because he started building his database right now. Here's the link to the interview and I highly recommend you watch it! czcams.com/video/KdgdZGnZ91Y/video.html
