Yeah Vancouver is crazy.
Omg I did the same thing. I’m based in NYC so I would study at the local libraries in the area. But quick tips I would suggest to future real estate agents even before you get your license would be to go to open houses in your area, read books on sales, network, watch CZcams videos, use quizlet so that you can study on the go, and to remain patient and dedicated 🙏🙏WISHING YOU ALL THE BEST🥳🥳

Yes.
It’s public property so yes.
You can even attend lectures.

If math isn’t your forte then you need to find another career, hustle man.
Your lack of math skills will jeopardize someone obtaining their home w/ you
( you rep buyer/ seller) not calculating math right..
The rhing is those vancouver homes dont look like they r worth 4 million. They look old and cheap i dont like em
