First of all, loved the video. SECOND. Talk about a company adjusting to their market. Total boat saw that makers were using their resin and went HECK YEAH DO IT SOME MORE
I imagine resin companies have very limited advertising opportunities - this is probably the biggest windfall they could possibly hope for.

They're the only company I'd consider buying resin from, if I ever did.
I think the hole is still meant to be at a slight angle even with the vertical holder. I thought that was necessary for the incense stick to remain lit and the ash to drop.

Vertical incense holders can be straight. I have burned a ton of incense over the decades. I've had no trouble at all with a straight vertical incense burning and dropping ash properly. That's just my personal experience.
It depends on the incense but it definitely gets ashy with thinner sticks burning with a straight hole.
I am IN LOOOOVE with the moon one, it is so pretty and spacey! The moons being slightly transparent is such a cool effect, like a ghostly projection, and the way the pigment is kinda spotty really makes it look like the moon texture!!
If they sold those, I would buy one.
The hole is meant to be tilted because an incense stick will have a harder time burning and dropping straight up etc.
Just for future reference because I made the same mistake when making ones for my Japanese cousins etc haha (to be used for a funeral shrine luckily I made two so I could still give the tilted one)
Having been there during the live stream for the Glitterpocalypse, I can honestly say I'm surprised the contamination was as contained as it was. I do certainly expect the glitter to be apparent in every project you do from now on.

The last time I did the alcohol ink drop method I caught it on fire when I tried to torch it, cause, ya know, alcohol is flammable
If you guys swirl the petri one just a little bit about 30-45 mins after pouring and adding the alcohol inks, its makes a super cool effect. Also, as a fellow resin crafter, I felt totally validated when I saw the bubbles in the finished "hot dog" holders. Lol. Just reminded me that we all have bubble issues from time to time. 🥰😁😂
Glitter truly never goes away, i havent used glitter ever in my new apartment (i love it but hate cleaning it lol) and yesterday i found glitter on my couch that i bought a few months after moving in 🤣

The moon incense is SOO COOL (also under ur there are some consentrarion differences of the glow powder. This makes the moons look more realistic, almost like they have craters like our moon)

You guys should have molds for lil bitty things on standby for if you have resin leftover. Like a silicone tray of rings or little baubles that is just next to your workstation and can hold your excess.

A good idea for knowing how much resin you need instead of eyeballing it would be to use rice! Just fill the mold with rice and then use that to measure your resin :)

I definitely like your moon phases with glow. Is great timing too, I've been debating altering a glass desk top to have resin art: stages of a solar eclipse (in part because the 'desk' is also a vanity, and the metal frame of the mirror has a design that reminds me of a rising sun). Had thought about glow powders etc. but am thinking for such a large area as a desk I may be better off doing led back lighting. Getting that feeling of glowing thru the top of the desk (from underneath) but able to turn on/off as desired. Especially since will have to deal with a surge protector and cable management anyways (power for pc etc., so having a plug for some LEDs not a terrible inconvenience). But your project was nice to watch, +your results are really pretty, +I think ideal for small things where you don't really want to deal with a power supply. Thanks for trying new things+letting people watch+learn.
