I am a nonprofit founder who now works full time as the Executive Director for the nonprofit I started many years ago! When we started as a nonprofit, we had a handful of friends and supporters. It took time, but over the years we grew our audience to reach and impact tens of thousands of people each year.

In term of tabling at events, an example would be, i invite leaders from other non-profit organizations to attend a zoom meeting. Then each leader shares what they are doing. Lastly, i myself present my cause and what we do. what do you think of it, Amber?

From your experience, what kind of criteria do you use to measure the success of your organization? Is it the number of followers on Facebook, or the amount of money raised?
Hey there, I measure success in how many people we help -- that's the purpose of a nonprofit after all! :) The number of followers or money raised are simply just things that help us help more people, but they are not the end goal.
