If Blizzard really listened to our feedbacks, why Jeff is still not a playable hero?
They should make Jeff a Gamemaster character, who appears when someone is using aimbot, and kills him instantly with one punch, then bans him and uninstalls his game at the same time.
Because Blizzard is very focus on balance. If they add Jeff in you have issues of him being too powerful against the other characters, people insta locking him, other people upset they couldn't play as Jeff, people being so salty they didn't lock Jeff that they drop out. It just isn't a feasible plan.
