I'm with you on the Evan Rachel Wood. Unfortunately Jimmy Fallon doesn't do it for me. He's too eager to perform with the guests instead of respectfully and tactfully letting them to shine and he doesn't seem to be able to laugh ernestly. It feels too much like a show he puts on.
