  • This high-protein complex carb combination is the perfect addition to any meal.
    I always find myself frustrated trying to decide which protein source is best for me.
    Sometimes I feel like something a little different, and I love tofu.
    Marinating it in almost anything helps to enhance the flavours of the tofu, whilst also making it light and digestible.
    I have also highlighted a few products called coconut aminos and EVOO, one of the best salad and food marinating combinations.

    Here is the recipe for you. I encourage you to add whatever leftover greens or vegetables to this mix.
    Ingredients
    Salad
    1 cob of corn
    1 head of broccoli
    2 cups of cabbage
    1 tomato sliced
    1 carrot
    1/2 avocado
    Tofu & sweet potato croutons
    1/2 pack firm tofu
    1 sweet potato
    BBQ & garlic seasoning
    Worcestershire sauce
    Coconut aminos
    Olive oil (EVOO)
    Dressing
    1 tbsp coconut aminos
    pinch of salt
    2 tbsp olive oil
