    Are you tired of store-bought, sugar-laden biscuits with countless additives? I was, too! That's why I created these delicious homemade biscuits, which are perfect for my Chocolate Mosaic Sausage recipe and so much more. Not only are they incredibly easy to make, but they also serve as a fantastic standalone snack.
    These biscuits are a versatile treat, easily customizable to boost their nutritional value. Try adding protein powder for an extra health kick! Their unique oatmeal flour base sets them apart, providing a delightful texture and taste. I used rice malt syrup as a sweetener, but feel free to substitute it with stevia or your favourite sweetener.

    Recipe:
    - 175 g white spelt flour or plain flour
    - 150 g fine oatmeal
    - 150 g ( 5 oz ) Plant-based butter
    - ½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
    - ½ tsp baking powder
    - ¼ tsp salt
    - 60 ml rice malt syrup
